he got 9 siblings, his only older sibling his sister also play professional football and his father is the chairman of a woman team in Germany. That sounds to me like a family obsessed with football, at a very high level. It´s not even a old team but they are doing good actually, we will probably see a few more Wirtz popping up in the next few years. That´s also his agency, imagine that, we got real gem on our hands.
I doubt we have ever signed a better prospect as he is still just a prospect! We need to go back to Daglish or Keegan for that, maybe Barnes. I see true Balon potential in him and he is not like Vini who is obnoxious out there on the field. Wirtz is hard working and humble, maybe we see a bit more personality when he gets used to the accent and everything but it´s all there.
