Irrespective of the last two results, the fundamental requirements remain the same for the upcoming summer transfer window, and those are another keeper capable of vying with Lammens to be first choice, not just another shite number 2, quality replacements for both Dalot and Shaw because the backups are nowhere near good enough, a top CB replacement for Maguire (two if Martinez is sold), two top CMF’s to replace Casemiro and Ugarte, and preferably another forward player to strengthen that area as well and take Zirkzee’s place in the squad.
Then we have the Bruno situation with his OT future beyond this season very much in doubt, so that position will probably need addressing as well, simple as that.
