If Harvetz and Mount started the game we could have gotten a bit more out upfront, Ziyech and Werner for me need to be moved on, they haven’t lived up to anywhere near their perceived ability. Pulisic and Lukaku I would give more time as on their day they can be more than useful. Alonso is almost certainly gone end of season. Had a horror yesterday.

Let’s not forget they may be the best team in the world but they only just managed to scrape a win against a weakened Chelsea team, so lots of competition around to play for. Other teams will be strengthening as well.

Chuck in recent years,Chelsea, City, Arsenal, Leicester, Liverpool have all won trophies, how many more clubs do you expect to be successful,want be long before United also returns to winning ways and you always have surprise clubs in the mix like this year West Ham so it’s not always the same clubs winning the same trophies, City maybe being the only one winning a bit too much but that I think thats down to the manager. We should all enjoy the ride as you can expect the likes of Spurs, Newcastle, possibly Villa becoming part of that success. It’s great.

In all honesty I have not seen United play one good game under Rangnick despite winning 5 out of his 8 games in charge, they been very fortunate in every win and those wins can be attributed to the class of players they have. Out of all the current managers in Europe Pep would be my first choice with Klopp and Conte more or less on par 2nd, the rest would be very far behind.

Chuck all the keepers today think they Beckenbaurs that’s why they make so many mistakes. By the way I don’t think Bowen not being in that position would have made any difference. That’s another very loose rule that needs better explanations
