A fair number of those players are earning far too much. Just think Sicknote Sturridge that amount of money for doing very little and only 10000/week below David Silva unbelievable.

City should have won, but the loss of KDB was really evident. My concern relates to Mendy, this chap cannot defend and was found out on a number of occasions and this pulled Laporte out of position this was clearly seen when Wolves brought on Traore. This will be seen as City’s Achilles heel by the better teams and exploited. Mendy should be a winger not a defender, his crosses are lethal, but his positional play as a fullback needs attention pronto.

This is a big blow for City, they don’t really have another player in his mould, they will miss those wicked crosses, not to mention his pace in midfield. KDB is a match winner, to think City won’t miss him is silly. I hope I’m wrong.

Well done boys a great surprise for me when I woke up this morning in NZ. Good win over Spurs too and the Wellington Phoenix won and so avoided the wooden spoon.

I just can’t see City winning this one, both De Bruyne and David Silva look jaded. I’d rather Laporte than Zinchenko, but I’d stick with Delph at LB. No Aguero is a big problem. Spurs are tight at the back and of course they do score goals. Hopefully we will put away our chances and run up a 4 goal lead, one can always hope.

Very little from the City supporters. City should win, but they waste a lot of opportunities whereas Liverpool seem to be taking their chances and that could swing the result. I hope there is a decent referee and that Stones is not picked at all!

He scored 2 nice goals against Monaco a couple of days ago. Not a Pep player but still looks good to me and he does track back.

City do look the real deal at present, but we all know what happened last year. I think the league will be won either by City or Spurs. United will be thereabouts too.I don’t think Chelsea will win the league this year. I can’t see Liverpool or Arsenal making the top 4 this season.

One of the best performances that I have seen from City against a very difficult team to beat. I have had my doubts about Guardiola, but City can keep this up they could very well win the Champions League not to mention the EPL provided they don’t pick up lots of injuries. Edersen is superb.
