Just saw a video of fans, can’t believe people can behave like that for no reason. At the same time there are a lot of fans who behave and support their teams in the he proper manner, guess you get good and bad in all forms of society except the bad seem to be multiplying a lot.

I also think Howe would be a good choice but really it’s tough to be an England manager, Southgate did OK but I thought he could have done a bit more. Your sense of corrective thinking can desert you when the pressure is at its utmost peak.

Just on the abuse subject the majority of abuse on social media is coming from people in other countries even in countries of colour but the issue is what does our government do, they obviously not going to ask other countries to have abusers extradited, yes they can be banned forever from all the platforms but they merely adopt another identity and a new account. Trump can do that as well but then he would lose all his followers as you cannot transfer friends or followers onto a new account. It’s very difficult to stop keyboard menaces almost impossible under the current technology.

Need to enjoy the ride, it’s not really a good omen when virtually the whole nation had already decided rather presumptuously it was coming home instead it went to Rome. Anyway not long to wait now for the EPL and world cup qualifiers, see how we go from there.

Don’t also understand Southgate choices of penalty takers, TBH I thought after they equalized Italy would go on to win but officially it ended as a draw. I understand you need penalties in the KO phases for teams to go through but I think if a final ends in a draw after extra time both teams should be joint winners of a competition. No need for penalties in a final.

Pagan exactly, I hate it as well even when Chelsea players go down so easily, the problem is they not doing anything to eradicate it from the game and it does leave an empty feeling should the team you support go on to win because of it. For those that don’t care then I’m afraid then you given up on honour and justice. Plus it’s alway appears to be the same players which tells you they don’t have to fall down if others don’t. There’s some in every team.

Chuck couldn’t describe it any better, while I’m glad England are in the final I hate this you can’t even touch a player and he goes down and to make it worse the refs robotic arm invariably points to the spot , how times have changed we had to endure an almost broken leg to get a penalty not that long ago either. Makes me sick irrespective what player from whatever team does it.

I wanted England to win but not controversially , clearly not a penalty though England deserved to go through.what is disappointing is Sterling continuing to say it was a definite penalty even though the whole world including English commentators admitting it was not. For me that shows poor character, he should rather not comment.

Haha Guess they had to get England into the final by hook or by crook but England/Italy will be a much better final, Denmark did well considering all they been through but they not really good enough and I suspect it would have been a one sided game should they have qualified against Italy.

Denmark have been a bit lucky, I’m sure England will beat them but the final against either Spain or Italy will be the real test. Tense days.

Denmark will be a good test leading up to a final, Ukraine I saw as one the weakest teams in the competition and were lucky to get so far but nevertheless England looking good and who to select for the semi is going to be a real brain twister for Southgate, I don’t think either Mount or Sancho did enough when you have the likes of Grealish on the bench for one.

Could very well end up a England v Italy final. As a neutral wasn’t too worried who won but it was a very exciting game not technically too great, players from both sides were falling down at the end but to be fair it looked real, playing at this tempo can make you pull up towards the end, we seen it before even in the EPL.

How can any manager even consider playing anyone that can not last a full game is bordering on madness even if it was Pele or Best, it’s a 90+ minute game and anyone that is selected must be able to last the full game. Theres definitely a need for more creativety especially in the final 3rd, Grealish is really the only one but Southgate needs to find another one, it’s probably the reason why Kane is battling. Anyway we should get past Ukraine although as we have seen they must not be taken lightly.
