Tough luck Spurs away is never easy except for the occasional one and especially now that they have a top class manager, however for this game Pep should have started with his best 11 which he clearly did not.

Moos was not the chants directed towards Gilmour because his Scottish as his clearly and thankfully not gay judging from all reports. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen again though I doubt it will have any effect on his performances.

That was more Chelsea’s 2nd 11 that started off but I think there’s going to be a big gap between the top 4 or 5 and the rest of the league this season. Kind of disappointing I feel.

MM if a clear underdog defeats a top club it’s always seen as deserving despite the stats, besides from what I saw I can’t understand how they got those stats which I just checked now. Brentford were far better than those stats.

You can’t put someone in charge of a top EPL club that’s not experienced enough, look at Lampard and Solskjaer despite some success they both eventually struggled. Maybe later as they gain experience they can manage at this level but not now.

To make money you need to invest in players who can bring you success, not 1 or 2 but a decent amount of quality players and then it becomes a case of managing the club correctly.

This is true Spurs as far as I know have not won much with Kane so why keep him when you can do so much more with all that money, who knows who will come to add maybe a trophy, 3 players are better than 1. Spurs being a big club have always managed to draw big players despite their lack of success.

It’s clear Chelsea are trying to sign Haaland but at their price, personally I don’t see this going anywhere and yes we need a proper striker but not Haaland, Lukaka or Lendowski for different reasons. I prefer going for someone like Ings, or a proven EPL striker at a much lesser price, Calvert also comes to mind.
