4 very valuable home points dropped against teams we should have won easily if we took our chances, I just hope Tuchel finds a solution in January assuming Lukaku is not going to put them away, I given up hope on Werner, misses far too many reasonable chances. I don’t why Loftus Cheek is getting stick everywhere I thought he played well enough, he had a huge responsibility as he had to play defending and attacking roles in a big way and he managed it quite well. Ziyech and Ohio another two who don’t take their chances though they also played well but faded as usual. Their goal was a big gift. Think they only had 2 shots on goal.

I think Chelsea will do well to end up 3rd, let’s be honest we just don’t have the firepower upfront which is so vital but I’m OK with that however we need to find someone quickly who can hit a ball on target or without opposition blocking it if we want to end up in the top 3. Otherwise it wasn’t a bad performance totally dominated the game and all the stats that go with it.

Actually this is not exactly Chelsea’s best side by a long chalk, all of Kante, Chillwell, Kovacic, Mount, Lukaku, Pulusic, Harvetz either out or suspect injuries sitting on bench.

Imo Liverpool are going to take this league, City may have the best footballing side but the firepower Liverpool have upfront is frightening. Chelsea have had a good run but there’s still something lacking upfront,too much reliance on other areas, United will bounce back now they made critical changes.

I think there is 2 ways to look at this and what certain people are attempting but not very well to say, is firstly that it takes a hell of a lot to have happened for anyone to go to such extremes as taking your own life, nothing really justifies something like that cause there’s always hope, secondly the real sufferers are the people they leave behind, can you imagine the grief, the anguish, the pain as some of us even on here have experienced that they leave behind. We can all really sympathize to such a sad event. In this case his wife discovered what she described as a horrifying sight that still gives her nightmares. Anyway enough said about this, let’s rather stick to football, you cannot undo the past.

Ole being sacked is not good news for Chelsea as any managerial change whether temporary or permanent or good or bad tends to galvanize teams for a while. Plus Chelsea have quite a few injuries so anything can happen Sunday.

Thank goodness Conte landed up at Spurs and not United, United with their squad and resources would have been a real force to reckon with. Think now the playing fields will level out somewhat with Spurs, Newcastle , Arsenal, Hammers and maybe more competing against the top 4 .

A couple of guys on here and quite a lot on other forums make the same point, let the seeded teams up to a certain point automatically qualify f for the world cup, then let the others fight it out for remaining places, this too will give the weaker nations a better chance to qualify assuming they are going to enlarge participants for the actual finals.
