Even though the scoreline was impressive enough it sounds like yet again the performance itself definitely wasn’t, which just about sums up Amorim’s time at OT. Fuck knows how this shower of shit can be only a single point off a top 4 position, but one thing is absolutely 100% certain and that is unless something amazing happens in January they won’t be anywhere close by the time we get to the end of the season, simple as that.

9th December 2025 at 8:51 am #233047@happyhurling – the thing is that we should STILL be beating Crystal Palace in any case; beating Everton and West Ham at home should be a given with the amounts we spent and the relative strength of the squads.
@jm1502 – yep can definitely see us dropping points against weaker teams a lot over the season; just a shame that the team just can’t do enough to beat even average EPL clubs at home._____________________________

9th December 2025 at 8:55 am #233048Teams in the CL who saw the result will be relieved they don’t have to play us.

9th December 2025 at 9:04 am #233051Blacky – Not sure which match report you read but we dominated the game from start to finish. Let our foot off the gas just before half time when they equalised but 2nd half we absolutely blew them away. 63% possession away from home (grated against a shite Wolves team) and 27 shots – which is the most we’ve had in a single game under Amorim.

9th December 2025 at 9:30 am #233054What about the 30mins after we scored until halftime Nappy, you blinkered twat!? We were fucking awful. It was same old, same old. No intensity at all and couldn’t string 2 passes together and we were playing the worst team I’ve ever seen in the PL. Amorim has already bought half a team and we still look like an un-coached rabble. Still subbing the CB’s for no apparent reason, still playing a dysfunctional midfield but at least he gave Mainoo a few minutes. If we don’t sign a cm in Jan we will struggle to finish top six.

9th December 2025 at 9:38 am #233055@happy – All the comments on here during the game tell a different story, and seeing as Wolves are well on track to be the worst ever PL team it’s certainly nothing to shout about. Fuck me we still couldn’t keep a fucking clean sheet against a team who hadn’t scored a single goal in any of their previous 5 matches!

9th December 2025 at 10:04 am #233056Yeah conceding the goal was really annoying. But Midget Mount came up trumps in the 2nd half!! π
This is a good article if you’re interested in reading something positive about Man Utd._____________________________

9th December 2025 at 10:47 am #233060Yeah, that only proves how bad Wolves are if that little turd can score against them!

9th December 2025 at 10:59 am #233061@Happy you clearly didnβt watch the match β¦ it was like watching 2teams from the lower divisions trade punches.. yes we did score 4goals but we were absolutely terrible and anyone who says otherwise needs to re-evaluate how he/she watches a football match.

9th December 2025 at 11:43 am #233064We weren’t great, we should be beating Wolves by 3 goals. Mount did take his goal very well, was a great chip in by Bruno and he timed his run and volley to perfection. Has to be said that against a decent defence he wouldn’t have gotten near the ball.

9th December 2025 at 11:50 am #233067Dee – You think i didn’t watch the match but Blacky can say it was a bad performance when he hasn’t watched United in years and that’s ok?! Ha ha!
I watched all of the second half and it was total domination for 45 minutes. I’ve never understood people’s propensity to shit all over a United victory where we score 4 goals. Deary me_____________________________

9th December 2025 at 12:39 pm #233070Happy mate .. we are allowed to celebrate 3points 4goals scored without being overly ecstatic and still be able to point out every other negative thing we noticed especially while playing a shite team such as wolves who hadnβt scored a league goal since Octoberβ¦ granted you watched only the second half.
Like i rightly pointed out this was a game we should control from start to finish and not have a gung-ho game with them.

9th December 2025 at 1:07 pm #233072Dee – Given the recent results, and the fragility of the teams confidence, yesterday was being billed as a “lose this and sack him” game. That’s why there was such a negative reaction to the Wolves goal because everyone knows Amorim is kind of living game to game at the moment. So to come out in that second half and blow them away was a big moment for him. Problem is he’s had several big moments and then usually follows it up with a shite result. So nobody is overstating the win, just welcoming and celebrating it for what it was.
How’s that for more of a balanced view?!

9th December 2025 at 7:22 pm #233092It was a decent performance except for the 15-20 minutes leading up to half time. But at 4-1 with 10 minutes to go, we should have stuck a couple more up what was the worst team Iβve ever seen in the PL. Still, job done, now on to stiffer challenges. Still say weβre woefully short of pace all over the park.
