Our fixtures in December are all very winnable aren’t they? Even going into January it’s away at Leeds and away at Burnley before the City game.
This is the time when Amorim needs to cement his position in the CL places.So naturally I expect us to drop points against West Ham!!!

We simply have to beat this West Ham team on Thursday night. We just about got away with that horrific Everton result by beating Palace and now we need to crack on and get a decent amount of points on the board in this run of fixtures.

Wolves (A)

Wolves (H)Managers don’t often get a run of fixtures like that. Apart from Villa away we’ll be favourites to win all of those games. It should be at least 15 points but i guess the league doesn’t work that way. 13 points would be a good return – just have to win our home games and make that Everton result the exception to the rule.
If results go our way this week and we beat West Ham and Wolves then we can be up in 4th with almost half the season done. It all gets real from here on in!_____________________________

I was not impressed by Villa. Wolves had their fair chances. As always with United, which team is showing up? The fighting team or the primadonna team? Should be the fighting team when we play once a week but its 100 hours between the game on Sunday and this game against West Ham so i expect the primadonna team is showing up.

This will be the first time all season that we’ve a condensed fixture list. We’ve had no European football, we’ve gotten dispensation to keep Mbuemo until the 15th so he’ll play at least the next two fixtures, if not the third, I’m not sure how that dispensation works. By then Cunha and Sesko should be back. Mount is getting a run of games although he’ll probably come off injured against West Ham now that I’ve said it. We’ve no excuses, apart from mental fragility and complacency, for losing these games.
