Weekend Footy Gameweek 17

Thought I’d get this up and running for this coming Weekend, whilst I’m still awake!

Nigel Pearson now in charge of the Hornets; no easy ride for us hosting them at Anfield. It’s a BT Sport Lunchtime screening too.

Leicester should easily cruise their game v Norwich.

Wolves-Spurs should be an interesting one as of Man United-Everton and Arsenal-Man City.

It’s always said there’s no such thing as an easy game in the Premier League but let’s be honest top at home vs bottom is as about as easy as it comes. If Norwich should cruise vs Norwich then Liverpool should against Watford.

Arsenal vs City should be interesting. Stevo will tell us it will be an another Arse spanking but we’ve all seen recently how City struggle against good quality quick forwards, something Arsenal have. Its at the back where Arsenal are about as strong as a wet paper bag so I’m expecting a 3-2 victory, just not sure who to!

Two seasons back Bournemouth came to the Bridge and won 3-0 and last season beat us on their patch 4-0 so I am wary of them. I’m expecting a better performance from us this season and hope for a win however the recent results against West Ham and Everton suggest we are a little fragile right now and could be in for a real battle, especially as Bournemouth would be getting desperate for points. City should have a ball against the Arsenal defence but stranger things have happened and City are a tad off colour right now themselves. If City are on song Arsenal could get destroyed especially with City now getting a little desperate in the title race. Which Everton will turn up against United? I know which one I would like to see! Can they raise another effort for big Dunc. If so, that match could be a cracker.
