“According to Football London, both Antonio Conte and Frank Lampard are linked to becoming the next manager of Newcastle as they are on the brink of a big-money takeover and Steve Bruce expected to be sacked.
Lampard has yet to take on another role since being sacked as Chelsea manager last January even though he has been rumoured to be interested and approached by clubs and other jobs.

All done and dusted then, Just focussing on the football issues I’m pleased for the Newcastle fans they’ve suffered more than most over the years and it’s going to make the PL even more interesting.
I suspect the first item on the agenda of the new owners will be to get the best possible Manager on board to take the Club forward.

RIP Football… yet again it’s proved it has no morals to speak of while managing to strangle itself on its rope of competitive spirit, flushing the very principle of the game down the toilet.
Not sure how it’s going to make it more “interesting”, more predictable perhaps, maybe even enjoyable if you happen to be a Newcastle fan… but interesting certainly isn’t a word I’d be using.
