Interesting to see how city shape up, rodri is the only orthodox centre midfielder in line up
3 centre backs and cancelo and mendy on wing, then Rodri plus torres, Sterling, aguero and Jesus. Unusual team, hope we don’t get caught out
Like our 11 and happy to see gilmour get a chance alongside kante in a big game
Can’t argue with any changes on either side really, fixtures coming too thick and fast and I think both coaches doing a great job dealing with it.
Hope its a better game than fa cup semi final!

I just want us in particular to win matches just for the sake of it.
If Leicester do end up in free fall, then the team for me is West Ham. It would be great for their supporters to enjoy European nights at the London Stadium.

A day off from cricket, so I got to watch the Chelsea game. Two penalty shouts for Man City, both were soft. First one the player stepped back to ensure contact with Billy the Kid, the second there was minimal contact, but nowhere near enough to make the player go down. If we keep giving penalties for such minimal contact then corners are going to look like ten pin bowling. I would suggest that Knock me down with a Feather’s reputation may have had some influence on the ref waving it away.
To answer 9, why didn’t the ref let Chelsea put Zouma on, well as soon as the physio went on he knew it was probably a hamstring and there was a good chance a substitute would be needed, my question would be why wasn’t he up and ready to go on straight away? It’s a pet hate of mine how subs aren’t shirted up and ready from kick off, it’s not like they have to worry about the laundry.
As for the offsides, once Tiny Weener starts scoring more regularly then I think he won’t be as anxious to get a jump on the defender, I just think he’s trying too hard
Tommy Tickle is doing a great job and is proving that although unpopular, Roman’s ruthlessness was probably the right decision…….Pagan
