Great Start to the New Season last weekend above all with fans being allowed back into the grounds. It felt wholeheartedly appreciated. 3 Away wins only in total so a correlation maybe haha 🙂

A week is a long wait so really looking forward to another batch of fixtures to unravel.

Some decent games on TV starting with Liverpool v Burnley the highlight game looks to be Arsenal v Chelsea on Sunday and I think that will be a tough game for Chelsea with Arsenal on a bit if a bounce back. Monday night’s game between West Ham and Leicester looks a potentially good one.

Worrying that last week Arsenal tried to postpone the Brentford game as they had 4 cases of Covid and now Pulasic is out with Covid and Karl Darlow the Newcastle keeper has been hospitalised with Covid. Covid is not over cases are rampant in Cornwall especially after 5,000 attended a music festival on the beach. It’s a worry with the crowds being back in the Stadiums. It will need careful monitoring going forwards.

Another great thing is seeing players really celebrate goals now and I think match going fans really appreciate that they are there and just live the moment

VAR was really felt last season and when it was first introduced the season before.

Last weekend seemed like the game was more about flow than VAR. I was lucky a couple of weeks ago to encounter Referee Kevin Friend. He was speaking about how he has been on the monitors at Stockley Park and those lines being widened.

The Media cause more of a stir to create talking points, but the Officials do want to just be able to do their job above all to the best of their ability.

Brentford against Palace gonna be an interesting game to get measure of both teams.

I would be confident of a chelsea win on Sunday if it wasn’t for our terrible form against them over last year or so. That makes me nervy but we should be winning this

Ndombele has put in transfer request at spurs, good luck negotiating a good deal for that one levy, Chelsea have more chance of getting our money back for kepa!

Lucky, arsenal can spring a surprise result now abd again but you would have to strongly fancy a fantastic Chelsea team.

Lackau coming in etc. I wouldn’t be surprised to see aresnal go with 3 centre backs.

I can’t remember a team spending over 100 m abd still thinking, they haven’t really improved their squad mate

As for covid, Im really shocked that they don’t have some kind of requirement for vaccination, in order to attend. I assumed it was this way but they are just letting anyone in ? That’s completely insane and will 100% backfire.

Mikus, it’s also just weird because Jota has score what 10-15 goals for us, and has yet to play in front of the Kop. He’s played in the empty stadium only. Yet to hear YNWA as he plays for us etc etc. Mental.
