Nine, no worries. I truly appreciate you have to do your job, but not having it mate. I get cussed left right and centre by people on here just for choosing the RIGHT option. Very little are decent here, god’s honest truth aside yourself and Alfie. The rest just seem to feed dis-courteous replies. WHO IS BENI: Where do we start with him? Nil, truly mate I don’t think Jim meant anything by that and you know how fond footballers are on giving nicknames I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s not already called Dick by his footballing mates.

Nil, if you read Jim’s post and skip past the jokey DVD nickname Jim was actually suggesting with the signing of Van Dijk Liverpool could finish second and he was being positive towards Liverpool. Hand on heart mate I think you took it the wrong way.

Tbh none of us will agree all of the time but again I don’t think you’ve had any abuse aimed at you and nor should you and what Jim posted for instance was meant as a bit of fun not as a snide comment aimed at you.

theres too much club favoritism and pettiness in sports but esp. football, we need to look beyond and enjoy the skills, the excitement and the drama of each game different teams take part in. That is the only way to find fulfillment in sport, after all its not a war.

No olive branch needed Big J… just grinds my gears when fans of what (and I will always call them this, so get used to it! 🙂 ) I call Moneybags Clubs offer the very simple solution of “just buy some more players” when other teams have a bad day.
It wasn’t the greatest of performances, but we had enough chances to win it (but so did the Saints) and considering who was missing with a few more suffering, it could have been worse. Anyway, considering our next three games, I reckon Spuds will be out for the Top4 count soon enough. Hopefully we can stay in front of the Goonies and the Foxes…
