If Spurs were to finish 6th, would Poch be under pressure or should he not be expected to get any higher than that?
For what it’s worth, I’ll think they’ll get at least 5th and push the current top 4 close for a CL spot but, with Arsenal hitting form, it’s hard to call the order of 2nd to 6th place. I wonder which of the managers would survive a 6th place finish. Klopp probably would. I think Poch would too. Not so sure about any of the others

Ideally for us, Liverpool need to win a Cup – FA Cup seems the realistic and an attainable target. I would love for us to actually go all the way in the Champions League even if we were finalists. 2nd or 3rd would be improvement as far as the League goes, but the challenge is keeping hold of Salah and Mane.
Jurgen is slowly building something at the club and I can’t see him leave, but the Owners need to really back him on the pitch, otherwise it really is 1 step forward 2 steps back.

Southampton sucked into the bottom 3, on 22 points with todays draw, but Everton in 9th place have 28 and a difference of 2 wins.
Just shows how there’s more of an even line and can’t recall a lot of seasons in my lifetime in following the PL where it’s been sort of neck & neck, but wide open for teams to fluctuate their occupying places quite easily.
Meanwhile, need to win our game tomorrow night to go 5 clear and give us some breathing space.

Ah not that your owner would be trying to screw you fans over then. He’s been doing that for years way before you started planning for a new stadium. He could invest in a new stadium or borrow money but. No he prefers to let you guys struggle for a CL place rather than buy the one or two players you need to get you to really challenge for things. Then sell your best players because they won’t stay. So you are right it’s not quite as simple is it and there are always two sides to every story Chucky. Poch is doing a great job Levy the accountant isn’t imo and never has.
