I’m surprised TT has continued to carry on as the forum side of it really was long gone since the complete overhaul. The editorial interaction was missed a long with a few other regular bits and pieces.

Any other Chelsea guys left on here? We really mainly stayed on TT to give our pages a heart beat in respect of NINES but they have now put paid to that so time to move over here to his other favourite site and contribute. Hope you are well Nils, it’s been a while. The elusive title would have given you plenty of joy – congratulations to Liverpool, by far the best this time around 🙂

C67, hello mate, been quite a long time in speaking. Hope you’re doing Well. I was actually thinking yesterday about Nine and how it’s been 2 years since his sad passing.

He would be encouraging a migration for sure of new Posters.

I just don’t think the interface design of that site was right on the eye, and robust enough to service with a Forum. Had a glance on Football 365, a sister site, and that reminds me of the old Your Say. Gosh, it feels like such a long time too.

Real joy and blessed mate with Liverpool winning the Championship and being able to share the celebrations with Supporters. I hope we can go from strength to strength. Be an Interesting CL Campaign this year with 5 Brit Teams competing and in the second year of the new format.

Hope to see some older Chelsea posters returning on here and new ones coming over.

Really sad that Teamtalk is closing. Not sure why they don’t just pay or recruit an employee to maintain Your Say forum. The forum for big clubs IMO are quite active there. They will lose visitors to TT website with the Forum being taken down

Yoursay has officially gone.

I think I joined back in 2008. What a blast those early years were.

I remember some posters fondly, some who still post on this platform. Alfie07, Youknighted, Truefootyfan, Itsamangame, Sean, RS7, Manthistle, Nil, Banjo, Sam (the Brummie fan), and many others.

There were some great battles over the years. The one fan who stands out the most to me was molbycircle, a true wind-up merchant who always got under my skin with his posts. I bet he had a right chuckle at some of the responses.

And of course, Homzy, his contributions were absolutely brilliant.

We’ve come along way since those days mentioned. Back then there wasn’t even a SmartPhone Invented. Lots of different platforms around now. It must generally have an effect on Forums; e.g. WhatsApp Groups.

CM, Speaking of windup merchants, I remember smoggydunc who was a middlesborough fan, who used to rile up everyone with his outrageous comments. The one that was quite unique was man vs manure who would always give me a laugh. Sadly a lot of the posters disappeared when the new format took place! Sad to see it go, but hopefully footydebate will keep us going for the future!

It’s actually quite pleasing with some of the user identities mentioned that I myself completely forgot about (that’s how long it’s been!) In a way, I’m kinda glad as Liverpool were in the doldrums in those days; bad owners too until FSG rocked up and saved us!!

Welcome all!

Apologies for my lack of presence on here. I’ve recently changed phones so had missed emails from the site. Generally, it’s been pretty self sufficient so I’ve not been around much recently as there’s not been much happening.

I’d completely missed the whole TT saga recently so was pleasantly surprised to see the big influx of new posters. Big thanks to Hightown Hope for keeping things ticking over while I was absent.

Would be good to get some more moderators to prevent this happening again. Also, anyone technical interested in getting involved in the site in what is very much a hobby project, I’d be keen to hear from you.
