30th September 2025 at 8:22 am #227624I think we’ll lose to Sunderland and Amorim will be sacked afterwards.

30th September 2025 at 8:55 am #227626I’d say we’ll fluke a win and he’ll stay because they’ll think 10 points from the first 7 games isn’t terrible.

30th September 2025 at 11:33 am #227634Sunderland could absolutely beat us, we only seem to be able to up our game against the ‘big teams’ where even if we lose we play well. Our problem is, and has been since Fergie left, complacency against so-called smaller teams. ‘Smaller teams’ where we think that we just have to show up but don’t seem to have realised that these teams now have money, can get better players and these players are hungry to prove that they’re good enough to get a move up to a club that is similar in size and wealth to ours. These teams play out of their skin against us for two reasons:
1. They see we’re weak and complacent and believe that they can beat us. What a scalp! Man-fucking-United!
2. Players believe that if they prove themselves against a team like us, they can get a move to other teams like us, Man City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, either of the Madrids, Barca, Juve etc., but increasingly not us._____________________________

4th October 2025 at 11:19 am #227858Mad how much pressure is on this game today. If he wins they’ll be back up into the top half, maybe top 8 and only a few points of the CL places. But anything other than a win and they’ll be really tested to keep him during the international window. Amorim said something quite telling yesterday about the size of the club, sponsors and 2 different owners. Sounded like he’d been told they don’t want to sack him but if results don’t pick up it’ll be out of their hands.
Realistically he should be judged after 10 games this season. If he’s there or there abouts fighting for the CL places then he should get the whole season in my opinion. And it would be a great message to the likes of Luke Shaw who’s had more fucking managers than he’s had hot dinners – actually that’s not true!

4th October 2025 at 11:39 am #227861Happy the best managers adapt to the situations around them. They are aware of the team’s limitations and play to their strengths. If he starts doing that he has a chance. I can’t see him changing, even SAF tweaked his formations and took into account the opposition, so why the fuck does this guy think one system is ok all problems.

4th October 2025 at 1:12 pm #227866Yep, true. But seems like he can’t change or doesn’t know how to.
I hope he does something smart today like stick Cunha up top with Bruno and Mbeumo in the 10’s. Casemiro and Mainoo in midfield and tell Mainoo to actually put in a shift for a change.
I’d actually stick Luke Shaw at left wingback and just run the cunt into the ground with Dorgu on the other side!
The pace of Heaven and Yoro either side of De Ligt.
He may as well start Lammens as well because there’s no way Bayindir is better than him!_____________________________

4th October 2025 at 1:52 pm #227870Sympathy – That would be the best outcome for the benefit of the club.

4th October 2025 at 2:34 pm #227876Mount instead of Cunha. Casemiro back in to make midfield even slower. If Sunderland keep it tight at the back and hit us on the break, theyβve every chance.

4th October 2025 at 2:52 pm #227877This is why majority of the fans have issues with him .. Dalot cannot even successfully play as a RWB and he keeps sticking him at LWB of which all 3goals we conceded against Brentford came from Dalotβs side of the pitch and now Mount instead of Cunha .. well Amorim knows best hehe

4th October 2025 at 2:54 pm #227878He’s a stubborn cunt. That Casemiro and Bruno midfield is going to kill us this season. Why not give Mainoo a run of games? He’s starting to really fuck me off
