I think Kudus flatters to deceive, he’s not actually been great for West Ham except against us. If we were trying to sell him he’d be just as hard to get rid of as Sancho, Rashford, Antony etc. It seems like £50-60m is average these days so he’s not exceptional by any stretch

4th July 2025 at 11:53 am #221022You’re missing my point killy, which is that West Ham stand to make some serious coin if there’s any truth in the Spurs interest, whereas we couldn’t give away the shite Ten Hag brought in.

4th July 2025 at 11:55 am #221023On another note, it looks like Barca have missed out on Nico Williams for the time being and Diaz looks a no go. If they don’t come in for Rashford now then you’ve got to assume that they know what we know, that he’s an overrated cunt.

4th July 2025 at 12:26 pm #221025Another transfer window and again it’s like watching paint dry. Elanga proposed move to Newcastle may add circa £5m to our budget. Apart from that it’s the same as usual, rumours of signings but limited incomings at this stage of the window. I wouldn’t blame Amorim for quitting should this window end up another disaster.

4th July 2025 at 1:41 pm #221026Killy – the fact you’d struggle to sell him for 50-60, isn’t Kudus fault. It’s the management at United’s fault, present and past sadly.

4th July 2025 at 2:29 pm #221029You’re missing my point jm, if we had bought Kudus, we still wouldn’t be able to sell him. We’re such a cluster fuck of a club that we’d struggle to get rid of Bruno even if we wanted to

4th July 2025 at 5:25 pm #221037He’d certainly have performed better than Ten Hag’s other buys mate. You never know, he may have been a success.
On another note, that blue twat Wedderburn at Sky Sports is reporting that 5 players have told United they want out, not that it’s us who’ve told them they’re out. Fuck me, Sky really do hate us.

4th July 2025 at 5:28 pm #221040I’ve seen the reports that Rashford, Sancho, Antony, Garnacho have all handed in transfer requests. That’s rich when we’ve been peddling to anyone who’d listen for the last two to six months.

4th July 2025 at 5:44 pm #221042Bruno has played and can still play as one of the two CMs in Amorim system. In this setup, Bruno wouldnt be expected to sit deep as a traditional pivot. Instead, he plays as a high energy No. 8 with the freedom to press aggressively, play between the lines and drive the ball forward. Even if we sign another midfielder, Bruno would still be part of the starting midfield duo. Playing two defensive minded CMs in front of three CBs completely kills the teams creativity. As I said before, Amad is naturally a right sided winger in a 4-3-3 and would likely be better suited to the RWB role in Amorim back three system. Thats why its absolutely crucial for Utd to sign Mbuemo this summer if we want any real chance of challenging for the top 5 or 6.

4th July 2025 at 5:53 pm #221043@killyboye: Pretty sure United told that lot not to even bother coming back to pre-season training

4th July 2025 at 7:42 pm #221047At this stage I wouldn’t be surprised if Rashford stayed as the number 9, particularly as next year is a World Cup year.

4th July 2025 at 7:42 pm #221048Well they will be coming back mate.
And thedevil, in what world does Bruno press aggressively mate? Fuck me! And there’s nothing natural about left footers playing as right sided wingbacks mate. It’s just a continuation of the latest fashion of playing inverted wingers and wingbacks. Not natural at all.

4th July 2025 at 8:37 pm #221049Tell you what, if that absolute fucking clown Onana is still in goal, Amad is playing RWB, Bruno is one half of a midfield duo, and Mbuemo is used as a striker on a regular basis then last season’s absolute fucking shitshow will pale into total insignificance, simple as that.

4th July 2025 at 9:32 pm #221051I doubt any of those players have handed in a transfer request, they will lose a cut of the fee if they do and they already know the club will accept any reasonable offer that come in for them so they only lose out if they have handed a request in.
Club can’t see them as they won’t reduce their wage demands so they are unlikely to have written off a chunk of the transfer fee by handing in a request.

4th July 2025 at 11:30 pm #221053It’s clear those 5 players were told not to come back for pre season. Even their agents are saying that they haven’t asked for transfers. They’d lose a lot of coin if they did. About time the club started playing hard ball with these twats. Great to see Rashford has lost the 10 shirt as well.

5th July 2025 at 7:55 am #221064Another transfer window and still the same glaring issues regardless of who is at the helm.. Forest getting 50M+ for Elanga and we can’t even get one dross off our books.. As for Onana news of him leaving has slowed down which is as to be expected because United can’t get anything right.

5th July 2025 at 1:31 pm #221074Teamtalk today claim that both Toney and Osimhen want to join United. With Mbuemo is this going to be another maybe transfer window? Hopeless optimism tells me one thing and the brutal reality of all our previous transfer windows in the last twelve years tells me another. Supporting United is exhausting
