Mount and Shaw are going to be like new signings for Amorim this season…

16th July 2025 at 10:58 am #221628ETH transfer dealings have absolutely killed the club. Hundreds of millions blown in a few years and zero return on money spent. We’re never getting out of this in the short term. Crazy to even discuss it. No doubt we’ll bring a few in but shorter term the challenge is if Amorim can get some identity around the way we play and get us in to the top half of the league. No doubt we’re shit but should not be down in 15th playing relegation form football. Don’t see a quality striker or CM being added this window. Think it’ll be Mbuemo and maybe a keeper, and that’ll be our lot. I’d stay away from the Calvert-Lewin’s of this world. Just more ball ache to deal with in future windows when he is available for 20% of games.

16th July 2025 at 11:16 am #221629So much shit to clear out. From the bottom to the top. Willcox , Berada, INEOS. I repeat myself, look at Arsenal’s Berta what players he brings in,it’s fucking how you do it. Got the wrong DoF or whatever they call them.

16th July 2025 at 11:58 am #221630Mm, not sure about Zubimendi though Zico. Played against us last season and didnβt do a tap. Not sure about Madueke either. And they sure as shit need to hope Gyokeres comes off mate, or Arteta and your mate Berta could be gone. They seriously have to win the title this season or else.

16th July 2025 at 12:01 pm #221631And still the famous five hanging around like a bad smell. I said all along the cunts would all be back for pre season, and they would be if Amorim hadnβt exiled them.
On a positive note, anyone seen Casemiro? Absolutely fucking ripped._____________________________

16th July 2025 at 12:55 pm #221632Agree JM. Not convinced by those Arsenal signings and they still have a lot to do. Seen some Arsenal fan saying Zubimendi was one of the best defensive CM’s in world football which seems like a massive statement to make after what i have seen of him. I think those fuckers who are currently exiled will drag out any negotiations forever. They’ll all be taking a pay cut when they leave except Garnacho so may as well keep earning the big dough of United for another month.

16th July 2025 at 1:22 pm #221633Even if they’re the only outgoings the club HAVE to get rid of those 5 this summer. If clubs aren’t meeting the asking price then accept a lower offer with a 50% sell on clause like we did with Greenwood. Then we’ll get the money back at some stage. Especially as i expect Garnacho to become a very good player and Antony will be sold again for big profit i’d say. Sancho too, Rashford less so because of his age.
Its obviously a tough situation for the club to get rid of them so i can see each of the deals dragging on till the deadline._____________________________

16th July 2025 at 2:33 pm #221638@SteveJ – if United sign Jackson for 100m then we truly are literally the worst club in football history. That is easily 80m more than he is worth… but the sad truth is that such a deal would not surprise me at all with the clowns we have in charge…
Conspiracy Theory: do you think Boehly is giving kickbacks to the United and Arsenal boards to buy players off them and then the owners of both the clubs get a hidden commission? It’s the only explanation to the Mount deal to be honest…

16th July 2025 at 3:21 pm #221641Even United board are not that stupid to spend 100m on Jackson, his sell value is about 45m purely because his still so young. He goes through some good spells but more bad spells, plus his general attitude stinks. Not going to happen.

16th July 2025 at 4:20 pm #221642“It’s very easy to spend money on players, but it’s hard to recoup it,” Sheringham added.
“It seems quiet, but I bet there’s lots going on behind the scenes at Manchester United. Other clubs know United’s position.
“They’ve made it known that they’re looking to sell around five players, which signals to other clubs to make them ridiculous offers.
“United want these players off the books – they’ve made their bed and they’ve got to lie in it.
“They’ll probably take anything from a quarter to a fifth of their asking price for some of them.”
I think Teddyβs been reading my posts ππ

16th July 2025 at 5:15 pm #221644We had to take that position with the players. Otherwise we’d have to take them on preseason tour. Imagine the toxicity that would’ve caused
The five listed are lost souls. We have to get rid of them by any means possible. Its as much getting them off the wage bill as transfer fee
Happy is correct re sell on clauses. If teams say they can’t afford proper transfer fee, at least add in significant sell on clauses

16th July 2025 at 5:45 pm #221645Seeing that Brentford have bumped up the Mbuemo price. Need to tell him to go on strike if he wants a move and tell them the last offer is a take it or leave it. They may well leave it but do they want a pissed off, unhappy player moping around all season

16th July 2025 at 6:59 pm #221649Sorry homer, youβre talking shite mate. Those cunts will only be sold on for chump change with the possible exception of Garnacho. The other four are fucking bums mate, their values are only going down, not up. Truth is, we talked down their values but thereβs no one on here that wants to admit it.

16th July 2025 at 7:22 pm #221653JM, we fucked our chances of getting proper transfer fees when we offered them massive salaries. It’s the wages that’s stopping us from selling every one of those players
Chelsea hage taken a different route with Sterling, Man City with Grealish – how that working out? Team queuing up to pay Β£50m for those players because the club hasn’t talked down their values?
@killy, the only way to negotiate is to have an alternative option. We should negotiate for, and tell Mbeumo we will spend that money on, somebody like Watkins unless he helps push thru a deal

16th July 2025 at 7:43 pm #221654Yep, thatβs part of it homer, but telling everyone theyβre done and, by the way, not good enough for us, is the biggest factor. Weβll be lucky to get rid of most of the cunts on frees. But I just donβt get you people. These cunts are assets and should have been treated as such. Devaluing these cunts simply devalues the club. Not only should previous managers not have been allowed to splash money on donkeys, but the latest halfwit shouldnβt have been allowed to publicly ostracise some of the clubs most valuable assets. When Amorim is sacked heβll just move on. The club will still be reeling from the damage heβs caused. Get real, weβre skint and on the verge of literally giving players away because theyβre poison? Grow the fuck up!

16th July 2025 at 8:50 pm #221657Yep, it’s what you get when you have a manager that’s completely inexperienced when it comes to dealing with entitled cunts on big contracts who don’t actually give a flying fuck about anything other than themselves.
I’m already wishing it was June 2026 so the inevitable upcoming agony has been and gone._____________________________

16th July 2025 at 9:05 pm #221658Homer – No mate, JM would have done a much better job of negotiating their exits! Heβd have got Β£300m + for Rashford and the rest of them because heβs uncovered a genius plan that would have fooled all the other clubs. Basically, he wouldnβt have told anyone that he wanted to sell the players you see!!!
