Hmmm… this whole “moderation” thing is getting a bit tiresome!!! 🙂
Anyway, just in case, not the worst of starts for Maureen, and team is showing some sort of life again. Is it just talent on Maureen’s part or simply new manager bounce? Who knows, who cares… and long may it continue… 🙂

It’s amazing to see what happens when you play the best players in their best positions… and dare I say play it a little bit more quicker and certainly a lot more directly. Our build-up play lately had been very ponderous, very controlled, too much play from the back, and we all saw the results…
I don’t want to read too much into it as it was a very poor West Ham side, and even then we managed to fade quite badly in the last 20 minutes or so (or when Dele went off and Wee Erik came on… hmmm?)
An away win, got that monkey off our backs, home to Bournemouth next in the Prem, and no small matter of a “win and we’re in” game in Big Ears on Tuesday night.
9 points of Top4… but we do still have to play that team twice this season. Doable? Unlikely… but impossible? Not yet!! 🙂

Chucky, I think there is a built in mechanism which tries to detect spam posts and marks them as requiring moderation. I’m not entirely sure what signals they detect but it does seem a bit too strict at the moment. Will look into it

Moos… when you’ve been following footy for as long as I have, 2 games is nothing mate, especially against the possibly the worst Premiership side in England at the moment and your Champions League mini-group whipping boys. Story in the press today that Spurs want £40m for Eriksen has to be a made up story surely nobody will pay anything like £40m for Eriksen when he can be signed on a pre contract for nothing in January alongside that financially Eriksen will be substantially better off with the latter.
