Any improvement from Eric Ten Hag?
Worst Season of results essentially as long as I remember over 4 Decades.

21st May 2025 at 11:24 pm #219275No way. Give him a preseason and signings. He’s had neither so far. I suspect he will need time to bed in his philosophy. Pep was the same, but he was starting from a higher base at City.
Not saying he will fix things at Utd, but he hasn’t been given a fair hit yet.

21st May 2025 at 11:55 pm #219277I’ve just heard an interview from Amorim on Talksport and he is Defiant. He’s not going to change his ways and one it being the 3-4-3.

22nd May 2025 at 7:21 am #219281He’ll definitely start the season in his job and I’m all for giving him time but if he starts next season anything like he’s finished this one, he just won’t get the time. Any risk of taking us down and he’ll be gone.

22nd May 2025 at 8:12 am #219285Players need to buy in to his system. They won’t and he won’t be able to make the huge number of transfers required to sort it over the summer. He will be gone before Xmas. Probably before end of October.

22nd May 2025 at 9:34 am #219286Saw the post match presser you just can’t help but like the bloke and he talks incredibly well and doesn’t make excuses but it just doesn’t translate on the pitch
Think he will fail more at United not the right fit but he will go on and do well if he finds the right club
United in dire straights now financially
Both teams were on a knife edge for different reasons but that loss of a guaranteed minimum of €100m for cl is going to cripple United I think
They really need a magician in the summer to get as much money in as they can and buy very well both of which they have failed out since SAF last couple of seasons, maybe there’s still no value in the market 😉
I’m guessing the bbq is off now do that will save jim £100 at least!

22nd May 2025 at 10:44 am #219288Do think he’s skating on thin-ice… I think I read somewhere, 3 wins in the Prem since Christmas or something, even worse than us… but worst of all, no real signs of improvement, mixed in with not a lot of cash to splash in the summer without selling players…
