    Reckon I’ll be waiting until Thursday before my prediction, so many rumours running around the Lane at the moment I could be predicting the quadruple come Friday… 🙂

    Mav, Ole is one of the few Utd lads who I don’t really have a strong bias against. He seems like a decent enough guy but when he came out and said that, I just felt like it was yet another red flag for Utd. I had already felt that he was in over his head but this kinda confirmed it. As for his actions (or lack there-of) after, I’m not sure exactly how much of the blame is shouldered by himself and how much by Woodward but no matter how you look at it, it’s not good enough.

    I keep looking at Utd and thinking “they’ve got to sack Woodward now surely?” and window after window, this guy remains. He’s obviously got the dirt on the owners because he’s not there out of competence.

    You can hope that Ole goes (you should) but every Utd supporter should be demanding the sacking of Woodward. Thing won’t sustainably improve until that clown is out the door. Well, certainly not by design anyway.

    Ole will surely be fired first.

    “Nil, ha, ha, only if City do the Double get your predictions in. 🙂”

    Or if Liverpool do the double 😉

    After Arsenal’s late business, I’ll upgrade them one place to 5th (though it looks incredibly tight again around there from 4th to 6th). Still convinced Allegri or someone like Deschamps will take over Man Utd in the autumn.

    Revised prediction:

    1 = Liverpool
    2 = Man City
    3 = Spurs
    4 = Man Utd
    5 = Arsenal
    6 = Chelsea
    7 = Leicester/Everton

    Imagine the two teams meeting up for Dinner in a restaurant – Klopp and Pep sharing a Peroni 😛

    I think there would be good comrarderie. Very little aggro once the game is over.
    Just think. After an easy start you will be top but dont count chickens yet!
