Maguire will start, probably alongside Martinez if he’s fit. Heaven is a mistake waiting to happen, not ready, and Yoro will be first change I suspect or maybe even start at right back more often than not. That’s how I see it, rightly or wrongly. Whichever combination they go with, it’ll be as shaky as fuck, especially with very little protection.

@jm he is a right ol twat but on this topic he hit the nail on the head. A mate shared the post with me and i was like fuck this is actually accurate.

I don’t blame either Heaven or Yoro, to his left Heaven has fat shaw to cover for and Maguire to his right who moves like an oil tanker and Yoro has to his right Dalot who keeps getting caught in no mans land or Mazraoui who just doesn’t show up.

Think you’re making excuses for Heaven and Yoro there mate. They dropped plenty of clangers of their own making last season. Will they get better? Hopefully. Heaven is young and will mature but Yoro has most definitely not lived up to his pre signing hype and the transfer fee.

Not making excuses for them per se just however highlighting the fact that as young CBs who are supposed to be playing with experienced players they keep having to continuously bail out those experienced players while also dropping clangers of their own.

Yoro needs some Roy Keane love he needs to understand as a CB he should be a nasty MF.
