The guy’s toxic. Going from one of the most universally liked and respected managers in Poch to THE most disliked manager in Jose is quite a leap. He may actually do okay for Spurs, for a short time at least, but seeing his bitterness and bad sportsmanship back on my TV is not something I want to see. It’ll be all about him when things are going well, but he’ll be quick to dump on the players and Levy when things go wrong.

i see the potential for 1 of 2 things happening…..

the 2nd is a sneaky feeling ive been having regarding JOse, he seems to have mellowed, takes the micky out of himself a bit more and frankly doesnt have many options for clubs left, certainly not the money clubs…tho maybe Juve in the future?!

I don’t remember Chelsea playing 6 at the back too often Sean. Jose is like a Pantomime villain as soon as he walks on stage everyone wants to boo him. He’ll sort Spurs out and win them a trophy but I can’t see him and Levy lasting.
He lost the Chelsea fans when he went to United going to Spurs just puts the final nail in his Chelsea legacy.

I dunno…
Spurs have a good squad and Kane for me is a Mourinho type striker, in some ways at least. Big strong, good enough with his back to goal and is the most natural striker in the PL.
He will have to modernise his way of playing though and get the best out of Son, whilst keeping Eriksen. Jose for.me, ruins some attacking players but I can see them both doinf well under him especially Son cause he’s defensively determined.
