After that was done it was built up on racism, bigotry, legally forced segregation and a system in place even today to ensure that a certain race in the country can never get anywhere! The poor get poorer and the rich get richer…

I haven’t seen anyone express sympathy with Kirk’s killer. I’ve seen people say America is batshit crazy, polarized in the extreme, that Kirk advocated gun rights and said it was ‘worth it’ to lose a few lives to protect the 2nd Amendment. No-one, absolutely no-one has sympathised with Kirk’s killer and no-one has said that it was great that he was killed. People have said that he was racist or that he was a clown, but no-one has said that the killer did a good job by killing him.

Err Rover, thanks for the advice! I think i’ll stay put where im at! However, thats once again a crazy comment to come out with about “far lefties”… that’s the kind of comment we’re all talking about that leads to pure hatred and division in society.. but youre entitled to your opinion!
Blaze, whose sympathising for the killer? I can probably say no one wants innocent people being killed on this forum (even you rover) and in this case charlie kirk is innocent!
However, people are pointing out the overreaction(flags half rasied, theres a war wanted by the left, etc) pushing an agenda and the irony of it all… this is a man who advocates gun crime and doesnt understand the suffering nor the risks of people carrying guns has unfortunately lost his life to exactly what he was ignorant towards!

Also, the so-called ‘left’ in the United States would be a very middle much in the middle in Europe, people who believe that it is the duty of the ‘haves’ to help the ‘have nots.’ Not a welfare state to help to ‘do nots’ or ‘do nothings’, but that if the state can help its citizens to have a better standard of living, then it should. I object to my taxes paying for people who couldn’t get off their arse, I object to them having enough money to go to Spain on holidays and having luxuries I’ve rarely had like Sky Sports but I’ve no objection to them being given a roof over their heads, even if it’s a shithole.

America, like all countrys, serves America’s interests first. Rightly or wrongly, it’s done a wonderful job of distablelizing the Middle East, continually fuels other wars around the world (as long as one side is buying American “guns”) and has this truly absurd notion it its the greatest country in the world.
You’re talking about a country which has an extremely checkered history, from it’s formation to its civil war, to the civil rights, to its continued state of polarized extremes of the current political partys.
