Brian, always Love for the Piano and Keyboard.

I can’t read Music and I wish I learned, but can play Keyboard, as with the Guitar.

My Dad can play the Keyboard and it’s his Birthday soon, so hoping to buy him something 🙂

Looks like my age is finally starting to show as I haven’t liked anything current since 2018! I am going to be called Old hahaha 🙂

Cream drummer Ginger Baker is critically ill in hospital, his family have confirmed. The 80-year-old musician found fame in the 1960s alongside Eric Clapton and Jack Bruce in the band Cream. The act only performed together for three years, due to Baker’s volatile relationship with Bruce, but they remain one of the most influential bands of all time. Their songs include I Feel Free, Strange Brew and Sunshine Of Your Love. ‘The Baker family are sad to announce that Ginger is critically ill in hospital. ‘Please keep him in your prayers tonight,’ the family shared on Twitter.

    Sad news keep fighting Ginger!

Very sad news Pagan what a Band Cream were and what a drummer Ginger Baker was. What a shame that they were together for such a short time due to all the animosity.

On the subject of Ginger Baker, coincidentally with Glastonbury tickets going on sale today, I saw him there in 1981, those were the days, £8 for a whole weekend ticket, in fact if you walked by the site they’d try and get you to come in….Pagan

    Glastonbury 1981

Friday night was possibly the best music wise, although Roy Harper’s set was gate crashed by Ginger Baker .

    Roy Harper put it thus

“Later I’m playing the gig, going down quite well, building up to the finale. Then Ginger starts walking on with drums, setting up right in front of me, destroying everything. I couldn’t believe it. So I left the microphone and said ‘Hey, what you doing?’ And he said, ‘F— off, you’ve been on here to f—ing long, you c—‘ and his band started bringing all their gear on.”

That was Ginger he could start a row with himself.😊
