Would anybody else like to explain>>>>>
My personal perception is emphasis on a slow build up and counter attacking.
Since the departure of Sir Alex, regardless of numerous Managers succeeding him, I’m personally struggling to see even what’s under Ruben Amorim.
Chess 😉

Too early to tell, he needs time to get his own players in. I’d assume with the players he has he’s holding back a little with his own style. Judge him and the style next season if he’s still there.

Have to say FairPlay to maguire. The stick he took for a few years was terrible but he just kept his head down , never complained and just got on with it. He suits a back 3. Kind petson person you want in the dressing room. He was excellent on sunday.

There are two types of managers these days… you have the ones who have their “philosophy”, your Pepes, Amurion, Angie, Maureen, Conte types… who are convinced their way is the highway and if it doesn’t work out it’s the clubs fault for not letting them spend a billion pounds on players… and then, as I was watching last night, the Nuno types, who actually work with the squad of players they have, and find a style/11 which works best all round… (he certainly never played like that at Spuds!).
