Maybe a shift in attitude in the grand scheme of things; e.g. the free hit should have been last season for Arnie. It’s kinda back-to-front, but even with our net incomings, we still spent in excess of 400m.

A lot if misfortune not all down to the Manager, but it’s his change in tactics/style player selections/positioning and excuses that I would suspect have annoyed Supporters.

There is midweek action before the FA Cup Weekend.

I can’t see anything past a Chelsea win at the Bridge when they face Leeds.

West Ham at the London stadium play an inform United, so that could be an interesting one.

Any points dropped from us and the gap widens and it’s more about Villa, City, Chels and Man U. We at least can be on their coat tails. We are and have been kicking ourselves from the conversations unearthed from many of us over a number of match day threads and it emphasizes the importance of 3 points.

I suspect Ait Nouri will try and push forward as much as possible to generate at 2 v 1 against Szobo as they don’t believe Salah will track back enough.
They employed a similar tactic last time against Bradley when he was left almost to his own devices.
