Not the first time we’ve seen this performance this season.We had 3 right backs in the squad and Szobo stills ends up playing right back.
5 different players played full backs there.

Slow, boring and no real pattern of play btween the attackers. Same old Slot, a couple of nervy wins won’t convince me. Sure someone will be on later saying how we dominated them with 66% and 12 vs 4 shots but in truth that was fairly comfortable for Leeds.

Nil we won the league last season with either a winger playing in the no 9 position or the much maligned Nunez. We then spent something like 320m on two strikers and one of the most sought after no 10s and now somehow are far worse.
Last season was only part Slotball, this is the real deal. And it’s shite.

Another poor performance, and 10 minutes of Rio running and tricking the defence shows that Slot cant see what his players can do. Gakpo coming on with Kerkez causes issues as those two dont work, Gakpo drops into Kerkez’s space. Happy fecking new year, same old, same old! Wirtz was bad to say the least, far to many missed passes.
Why was it we played with tempo in the first half and then the in the second, the pace absolutely drops off a cliff!!!
The booing was a lot louder than i’ve heard recently, the fans are about to blow Slot out of the hot seat.Just heard the Slot doesnt want Elliot back at the club fullstop, so he’ll stay at Villa or have to be moved to the MLS or something bizarre.

Well that was a depressing watch.
Fans keep saying that players are out of form. Well they all can’t be, they’ve had half a season now, to settle in and gel.
Clearly they either don’t or can’t play this pathetic and slow and boring system, that Slot is forcing onto the players.
Despite being crap all season, we are 4th. The owners may accept this as a transitional season if we get a champions league spot and maybe a good run in the cups.
I just can’t get excited by this brand of football.

Mate I was not optimistic when I heard the lineup, it was very one dimensional with no width except the one I described before the match.
I would have liked to see Chiesa infront of Frimpong, instead of Frimpong and Bradley.

Seen the last 2 games live and i have to say its all SALAHS fault and he needs to be dropped, so let’s listen to the united pundits and other morons who probably want liverpool to fail … that to go in line with selling probably the best left winger in the world, and the unfortunate death of a player who had the best shot conversion rate in lfc history.

Wirtz had his first poor game in weeks but compared to rayan cherki atm he pales in comparison. He is too much a “tippy tappy” player… slows the play down and trys to be too clever or intricate… today showed that!
Positives of the game konate had his best game in some time. Great passing and seemed assured in defence. Rio Ngumoha showed us what he can do, just hope he gets the chance to step up to being an elite player. Jeremy frimpong is now showing what he can do and i Was angry that ekitike did a nunez finish. Mac in his small cameo did better compared to recent weeks
Negatives, szobo was non existent, actually looked disinterested. Ekitikes still doing shitty flicks when he should actually try to play football. Play cheisa in the box or sell him and get elliot back… he doesnt have the skill, power or pace to play as a winger. Kerkez as always couldnt get a single decent ball in the box, gakpo was non existent and people are right the 2 cant play together… actually i cant think of anyone that kerkez could play with.. but because he didnt fuck up majorly today.. watch some of the posters say “by heck that kerkez has really stepped up .. must be the tactics”. Finally we have Curtis Jones… everyone is raving on about how hes been one of liverpools best players this season??? Its either im away with the fairies or the british media love hyping english mediocrity, like curtis is the next zidane.
A draw isnt the end of the world… lets not get arrogant cus leeds sunderland brentford and fulham have done really well against some of the top teams. People might disagree but we need salah back, gakpo to step it up and hopefully ngomoha can be the star for us(the new stirling).
