Ye they fully deserved the draw adlab mate. We are for a long month us Liverpool fans. That was very poor this evening. No excuses. We knew we be without Salah and mane in the summer and we brought no one in. I mentioned lookman on loan in the summer. Perfect backup to mane.

Well done to Arsenal. Still another game to go but Arsenal have better players to come back and we have no firepower. What a crap game to watch

Can’t really comment on tonight’s game having come late from work this evening. Just a little bit seen from the second half. Looks like a missed opportunity from us to get our noses in front. Seems Arsenal have grown in resilience – certain players of theirs really sticking at it and doing everything they can. Ramsdale pulling out the stops.

They could probably edge this in the return leg. We lacked firepower.

According to Klopp Liverpool lacked creativity and it’s difficult to disagree with that.

They were certainly blunt up front without Salah and Mane and last night could have only have helped Salah’s negotiations for a new contract and significant salary increase confirmed by only one shot on target by Liverpool and an unlikely quiet night for Ramsdale.

Arsenal defended with great heart with 10 men for over an hour to come away with an impropable 0-0.

Next week’s game will be an entirely different game and Arsenal being more offensive will suit Liverpool tactically. I expect it to be considerably more exciting than last night’s game.

The majority of Liverpool fans fully redirect and appreciate the job fsg have done but as Carra says, they won’t be forgiven if Salah goes. We paid 36m for him. Bargain of the century.
