A most dramatic end to a truly forgettable season… and our position in the Prem ensured for another year…
First of all, hope to see the resignations of Johan Lange and Vinai Venkatesham on somebody’s desk sooner than later… do not want to see pictures of those two gimps sitting in the posh seats, home or away, any more… couldn’t manage a hot-dog stand between them!!!
So, next season, expecting quite a few players in and out… let’s start with the outs…
GK: Vicky the Venom… made too much noise about leaving… taxi please!
CB’s: Time for Captain Red-Card to go, and Dragusin too… 2 new CB’s needed…. but about 80 million between them for the transfer pot, l
RB’s: Porro & Spence… stick for now, unless one, or both are planning on leaving…
LB’s: Undogie & Souza… again, stick for now, unless somebody is planning on leaving…
Midfield: Benny, Pauli, Conner, Sarr, Gray, Bergvall, Bissuma, Maddison, Simons.. I Sarr (20 mil) and Bissuma (free) are off anyway, with Pauli on loan… could do with at least one new “body” in there…
AM: Maddison (keep), Simons (keep)….
Wingers: Tel (keep), Odd-job, injured, Kudos, Kuluveski… happy with that lot when fit…
Up Top: Richarlison (sell), Solonke (sell), Mauni (loan)… so 2 or 3 proper Strikers at least
So, at least 2 cb’s, one midfielder, 2 (at least) strikers…
Ins: So, we’ll find out if Robertson and Sensai are coming in or not… plus the lad in Germany coming back… chuck in Trafford as a new #1 and I recking that’s defence sorted…
Midfield: With no European Football at all, going to be hard to attract any top draw players…
Strikers: BRING BACK HARRY!! Back to reality, same problem as mid-field… not sure who we could attract!!!

And a special mentioned to Davies, been a wonderful and loyal servant, always got on with the job, and never complained… jack of all trades and master of none, I hope the club can keep him around in a coaching role of some sorts, show the youngsters what a model professional should be.

Robertson and Senai… apparently already agreed if we didn’t go down… on free’s… happy with that…
Trafford for goalie.. 35m?
And Vuskovic from Germany, that’s defence sorted out and showing a profit too!!
Midfield… who can we get without Euro footy?!?!?!? Would like to see Gibbs-White, or even Morgan Rodger… but can’t see that happening…
Attackers… same problem, who can we get without Euro footy?!?!? Wouldn’t made that Valaovofgfivc fella from Juve on a free, might cost a ton in wages, and I’m sure we’re going to be linked with Greenwood if we haven’t already (great player on the pitch, complete c**t of the pitch)… but other than that??

Need covers for Kulu and Madders.Bowen would be a good signing. Just look @ teams like Brighton and Bournemouth, keep finding gems without European football. With a few clever additions and the manager being supported, I can see Spuds surprising a few people next season!

You’ve got to hand it to the likes of Brighton, Bournemouth and Sunderland… they’ve all upset the apple cart and fair play to ’em!!
Unfortunately, they’re going to either struggle with the extra Euro games (those that have them!), and get those players cherry-picked…
And then we chuck in the likes of Forest and Newcastle, both of whom have badly underperformed and I think both have issues with needing to sell before they can buy (as with Villa too!)…
Full of optimism now, but some careful signings and a bit of luck with injuries, we should be will within reach of Euro footy next year…
We finished 10-11-17… improve enough to turn 7 L’s into 7 W’s, giving us 17-11-10 and that would have been CL footy this year…. I don’t think that’s impossible at all…

We’ve got Kudos backing up Kulu on the right, no probs there, and both Connor and wee Lucas can back up Madders (along with Simons after Christmas)… it’s the other side which “concerns” me… Tel and a crippled Odebert (back around Christmas)… is Bowen left-sided? Thought he was right sided myself…

To be honest, I think it’s yours to snooze, I mean lose, next year, everybody else is in “transition” for the season… City, Pool, YooUtd, all new managers, just about every other club that end of the table need to sell before they can buy….
