Buffy… thanks for asking, in the middle of my 6-week summer vacation (under Finnish Law, a company cannot change an employee’s rolling contract like mine while that employee has extra “hours/holidays” due to him, hence I have to use them all up first…) and we’re all waiting for the end of September for the “decision” to be announced. Not looking great, I suspect we’re all going to be “part-time” for 6/9 months and everything is reviewed come spring 2021…

Enjoy tomorrow night, have a kebab for me…

To be honest, puppy, it could be a hell of a lot worse. A bit of tightening of the belts and all that, (of course, I may have this completely wrong with regards to the part-time thing!) and I’ve been applying for other jobs anyway (and I would have regardless of the COVOID anyway, got a sort of new “boss” and we’re not really seeing eye to eye!).

And I sure as hell no the boss feeling

My last place was toxic and due to a few years chain of events and my boss deciding to have a word with me the day before I flew out to say good bye to my auld dad on his death bed…. I “may” have called him w cunt to his face ….. so frankly my cards were marked for some time but o hadn’t the mental strength to move before pushed

You live and learn but I wouldn’t use me as any kind of example ?
