Looking at that eleven, it has to be Mbeumo on the right and Cunha through the middle for me. Mazraoui instead of Dalot is good. Amad not in the squad is strange. Mount not being in the squad isn’t.

Weird line up. Yoro has been ever present in pre season thought he would start. Mbeumo has been the no. 9 all pre season too so weird that he’s switched that.

If we win that won’t tell us much as this is Hull. I’ll be watching how those two in midfield do and how easy it is to get past our midfield, what the pace and battle of those two lads looks like, what our movement, tempo, and forward passing looks like. I don’t think I’ll see what I want to see but I hope I’m wrong. This has to be close to a pasting.

McBurnie will be a handful… and i did say there’s no way Yoro starts, Amad hasn’t looked right since January.

Cunha as a No.9 needs to be told to stay upfront and work the channels instead of playing as 9.5. Whenever Cunha plays upfront we lack a focal point.

You have both Bruno and Cunha playing as No.10 with either of them doing the actual job of a midfielder when the team is out of possession.

Put mbeumo upfront, cunha left and switch dorgu to right flank.
