Nearly there, officially released tomorrow but “leaks” all over the internet…
Can’t say I like the one I read in the Daily Fail…
We’ve got YooUtd (H), Spam (A), Cherries (H), Villa (H), Goonies (A), Forest (A) for our first 6 games…
Let’s hope this Frank fella is as good as I hope he is… considering our League form (probably better not to!)… I’d take 9 points now from that lot… could very easily see us losing all 6!

17th June 2025 at 9:18 pm #220154ππ youβve been holding on to that for a while
Arsenal simple
Tho any trophy not to be sniffed at either so well done and about bloody time
I like frank think he could do well but if he does or not will be down to levy not him
Time to step up and play with the big boys and spend on players and wages

18th June 2025 at 9:22 am #220178I like holding things…
Frankie does seem to be a decent man-manager, and compared to out last 3 managers, a lot more flexible in his approach and happy to tinker with tactics… and plenty of rumors about Levy dusting off the check book, but I guess we’ll have to see how much of that is click-bait…
Anyway, “proper” fixtures out…. I know, at the end of the day, everybody plays everybody, but not the “hardest” of starts with only 1 “Top7” team in the first 7 fixtures, not the “hardest” Christmas period with only 1 “Top7” team (don’t want to ruin Christmas!) and only 2 “Top 7” teams in the last 8 games… not the “hardest” of run-ins either…
November and February are looking “rough” mind you…
Nevermind, onwards and upwards!!!
I know bumming off the league after Christmas skewed our League position, still thinking we should quite easily be Top 10, and with a couple of top draw signings and an emptier injury room, maybe even Top7!

I do like the compiled chart of the difficulty rate for each time which is hitting 90% at least for all and reflects the state and strength of our League.
Yes, realistically, about 6 teams could win it, but effectively, anybody can beat anybody which is what we want.

18th June 2025 at 11:41 am #220184Obviously like our Friday game to open up. Not sure what’s happened though in December playing Leeds twice which is odd.
Looks better for us this season that last. Good to have a Newcastle Away early.
City have too football over the summer. Rodri and Haaland if anything need to ease their way back

18th June 2025 at 12:13 pm #220187Not sure if everyone has home and away fixtures in the same month but I know a few do. Think Spurs vs Brentford? Bit odd yeah.
Man utd vs arsenal? Normally they don’t put two big six teams together but then I’m not sure you can call a team that finished 15th big six anymore? Still should be a good game and wonder if the manager who loses will already start to feel some pressure? Arteta as he must win it this season IMO and Amorim as people will think here we go again with that rubbish.
Nil which 6 teams can win it? I’d say 2 maybe 3 at most, the rest no chance.

18th June 2025 at 1:05 pm #220190Yeah, just viewed the end date with is the 24th May. I think this is the pretty-much same as this year so it’s still stretched out well. However for those involved in multi-comps that sustain their involvement may find their fixtures moved/changed/sandwiched.
We have to factor in Internationals and next year of course will be heading in the World Cup.
3p’s lazy of me mate; I was thinking the examples in Newcastle and Chelsea beyond Liverpool, City and Ars, so that would only be 5. It will realistically boil to the same 2/3 like last season with one outsider.

18th June 2025 at 1:45 pm #220193Always a tough guess anyway, and even harder when you consider the amount of players who are likely to switch clubs… but, for now, I’d guess…
1) Pool, have got or about to get some quality players in, already the squad looks stronger…
2) Goonies, still the best of the rest, and have no chance of catching Pool unless the go all in on a proper striker… read somewhere they didn’t have a single player reaching double digits for goals in the Prem, they need at least one who get 20 plus to have a shout…
3) 115, what with the club world cup and in the middle of a re-build, can see them dropping too many points in the first half of the season to threaten the Top2.
4) Now it really turns into Mystic Meg time… could really be anybody from Jammy Todgers, Bone Saw Boyz, Villa (can’t see Forest doing that well again, not with playing on Thursdays to be added into the mix)And then everybody else taking points of each other so from about 8th to 15th is anybody’s guess, might as well throw darts at a picture of Buffy’s bottom.

18th June 2025 at 2:32 pm #220195City’s will definitely have a more noticeable different outlook. Can’t really see a way back for Grealish. Last season for Pep so wouldn’t write them off at all.
I would love a Striker for us or just an attacking player and one centre-half.
Other teams mentioned will be fighting make no mistake than dropping off.
Definitely looking forward to a newer Spurs. I’m hoping Brentford won’t be struggling as I do like them.

18th June 2025 at 3:43 pm #220202Instead of having the legendary good Spuds vs bad Spuds showing up every week, but playing in a rigid formation, we’re now going to have don’t even know what formation will be showing up Spuds, mixed in with good Spuds vs bad Spuds… π
Surely we should get 40 points?? Right?
Or will be a case of the 3 newly promoted teams struggling big time and will be lucky to hit even 30!

19th June 2025 at 12:34 pm #220240Goonies or YooUtd don’t have it easy, need to hit the ground running… not that YooUtd have a sniff of the title, but the Goonies might find themselves playing catch up before the Champions League even starts…
YooUtd on the other hand… bottom half come Helloween… won’t just be Buffy’s willy coming out… they’ll be baying for blood, those Essex boys…
Quite amusing, to me at any rate, INEOS fella seems to be an even bigger douchΓ© bag than the Glazers… (pity he didn’t buy the Jammy Todgers, is all I can say!)
