I would be suprised if Tuchel named a squad team to face City there maybe one or two changes and I can see Kepa playing in goal as he’s featured all the way through this FA Cup run.

The way to play City imo is not to try and go toe to toe with them as Sarri did at the Etihad which ended in a 6 nil defeat he learnt from that for the League Cup Final which ended nil nil after extra times anf arguably Chelsea could have won it.

I think Werner will play because of his pace.

In the other Semi Final Leicester have gone all wobbly and you can’t rule out Southampton but if Leicester play to their potential they’ll go through.

First up this evening is City v Chelsea and tomorrow Leicester v Southampton.

City vs Chelsea is the true final, it’s wrong that they should be playing each other thereby giving Leicester virtually a freebie into the final.

We can use this Thread to also discuss this Weekend’s Premier League action which is sparse, but still an official Gameweek. Week 32 and anybody playing Fantasy have till 6:30 this evening to get their selections finalized.

There is a Game on tonight: Everton v Tottenham 8pm. Both Teams looking for points to make up for lost ground from previous week.

Newcastle v West Ham Saturday 12:30. Now then, an interesting fixture and an opportunity for the Hammers to go 3rd. The Magpies though have an important agenda of their own, so we shall see.

Those teams occupying those valuable CL Places are involved in the FA Cup which means something to aspire to for the Reds as they face Leeds at Elland Road; very tricky game; Leeds can beat us which is probably why I’m not pulling myself in too deep for TOP 4. A win would be great though if we can pull it off.

Some more fixtures mapped out over next week so lots to look forward to to keep us entertained.

Chilwell should have done better. Notice how Tuchel has instilled confidence into his defenders as they’re better composed, positioned reading the situation rather than ball-watching.
