Despite missing Kane, Alli and Son this will still be a tough game for Chelsea.
Spurs are very well organised and solid defensively whilst Chelsea struggle to score goals and a break away goal by Spurs and it’s all but over.

Thoroughly deserved Chelsea were the better team over both legs and should have won comfortably tonight.

This is exactly what I was driving at the other day on the Weekend Footy thread. It was nothing to do with here, but comments for example posted by readers on the BBC Website, or say one of the Online Newspapers.
Plus on YouTube for example, there’s always clippings posted of other Broadcasting Networks.
I get what you mean on blowing things out of proportion and only accentuating the Negatives.

Nine most of that negativity as come off the back of the managers comments on sat so no wonder it’s being reported.

First year away goals is ruled out after extra time and spurs go out. I know another half hour needed to be played but typical of spurs luck

Sean, tbh whilst I didn’t disagree with what Sarri said I think it should have been said behind closed doors but the pundits kicked in with all kinds of nonsense some of it quite unfair to Sarri but as I said at the time I think Sarri did it to get a reaction and seemingly it worked.
If we’re going to win the League Cup we’re going to do it the hard way having to play Liverpool away and Spurs in the Semi Finals and now City in the Final but stranger things have happened remember Swindon Town?? Cheers 999
