I think Bayern are 60:40 to go through instead of us.
They have been back on track for a while now, slowly reeling in Dortmund. Liverpool played much better the last day but we’re going to be without both Gomez and Van Dijk for the opening game and then Gomez for the return leg.
Your defence isn’t your whole team and we had some really top performances from 5-6 players the last day and this gives us a chance. We’ll obviously need midfield and attack to do their best but it won’t be easy.
Do you lads think 60:40 is harsh on Liverpool?

It’s still another week before Liverpool play in the CL.
Depends how much the Bayern game takes out of them ahead of the game v United where they need at least a draw and probably a win.
Klopp won’t choose one over the other imo and will go for a result v Bayern.

Good luck to all the our teams in Europe , as for Spurs chances , slim to none.Kane, Alli, Davies, Dier, Lamela and Rose could all be out or potentially out ,and of course we have lost The Moose . Spurs have been papering over the cracks for the last few games that won’t happen against Dortmund I fear a battering.

Lucky?! Lucky is getting bloody Schalke in the CL, and Newport in the FA Cup ?. I’ve never known a team get as fortunate with cup draws as City have this season!
I’d rather Neymar was playing. I think they’re a better side without him but Cavani is a miss.

This is a weird half of footy… very open but very sloppy, end to end but both goalies haven’t exactly been busy, I think both Emoji-man and Young are on very thin ice with the ref now, both could have seen 2 yellows on another day…
Certainly isn’t boring but nobody really taking by the scruff of its neck yet either…

I don’t know how Kimpembe stayed on the pitch after that lunge at Shaw. Pogba could have been dangerous with that second challenge but he didn’t touch the player so it was more risky than anything. Strange game though with both sides quite cagey
