The penalty decision was wrong, worst I have ever witnessed. I would have liked Sterling to have said to the Ref, it was not, but in this modern game, it is not done for most of time. I certainly do not blame Sterling for anything, he did not dive, he did not appeal but as we City fans have witnessed many times, he does fall over his feet a lot, even with nobody near but he is one of most exciting young players in the PL, that cannot be denied, he has an awsome work ethic, misses more than he scores, so frustrating but I think his game is changing for the better. He needs to forget about this incident and carry on with the good work

Completely agree re Sterling Brian. He missed a big opportunity to turn his reputation around there by not telling the ref he got it wrong. I don’t think Sterling can be blamed for not doing it but it would have done wonders for his image and the way he’s portrayed had he done so.

Ed, then again, even if he did say “no penalty” to the Ref I still think that Ref would have ignored it. I also think his image is undeserved but he is an obvious target
