Guardiola is one of the best coaches in terms of the footballing philosophy he instills. In fact, he’s the best in the world. But I think he lacks that galvanising charisma to instil real heart in the team that you need in big games. And that’s more important than ability in the CL.

Mikus,,you maybe right but it is up to the players character that has the responsibility more than the Manager. I think Dias will get there next season but 1/2 more are needed

I have just been reading Mr Rooneys comments on the City v QPR game. He thinks QPR should have been investigated because he thought they gave the game to City. Goalkeeper at fault as well and for one of their players celebrating with City after the match. If he wants to be a credible Manager in the future he needs to watch the match again, if he ever watched it QPR really tried throughout the game. I could not blame the keeper for any of the goals. I could suggest the times when Utd had more than 93.20 to win their games. Poor looser to bring it up after all these years

Why do they always do this to us? 2-0 down at HT, we’d surely have taken a point but to have a penalty with 5 minutes remaining, to basically win the title, you can’t ask for anything more.

The last game of the season next week against Villa will be some match. The excitement about this game far me, outweighs anything the CL can offer, in my opinion. British teams in the best league of the world and you have to be good to win it, whoever it is I have always considered the CL Cup as a Vanity Cup, the EPL and FA Cup are far more important. The Europeans look forward to it because there is not that much excitement in there own leagues and I am sure Players of British teams would like the medal for there collection but to go through the 38 league games and the rounds on the FA Cup where they also have to face potential giant killing games is where, for me, the excitement and value to fans are. I do hope we never see Super league though, because it would destroy our foundations of supporting leagues.

Giblues…I will not be there in person this time, you are right, once in a lifetime is all my heart could stand!!!! I am confident we can do it though, they key thing is get early goals plus Liverpool could also drop points, do not think so but it is possible, it would have to be Southampton though playing there best because cannot see Wolves winning at Anfield. Whatever happens, I think we have played well enough this season and have entertained most games. I think we will improve again next season
