23rd October 2025 at 1:44 pm #228832Just fearing a massive fall back down to earth on Saturday. When we are at home and expected to win it becomes very difficult for this team. Some very dangerous players in that Brighton side, quick and smart – all on the same page. It’s going to be a really tough evening.
When are playing West Ham, Leeds, Wolves FFS?! Probably when they change their managers and start playing well which is exactly what i expect when we play Forest now in a couple of weeks!_____________________________

23rd October 2025 at 2:44 pm #228833Well Brighton have beaten us… what… 3 times in row at Old Trafford?? It is purely a mental game now: we undoubtedly have the players to win, but will the guys be able to break the mental voodoo against Brighton knowing that we never turn up against them? Having finally broken the 2 wins in a row voodoo, it’s a good time as any to take them on and end another mental block for the team.
Lemmens
Yoro – De Ligt – Maguire
Amad – Fernandes – Casemiro – Shaw
Mbuemo – Sesko – Cunha_____________________________

23rd October 2025 at 5:04 pm #228834Sympathy – Brighton have actually beaten us 6 times out of the last 7 meetings. No side has beaten us more than Brighton since 2022!!!
What the actual fuck is that?Sky Sports billing it as our toughest game of the season so far against a side that simply knows how to beat us.

23rd October 2025 at 6:27 pm #228838Happy for someone who the 99% of time posts are unbelievably optimistic and positive. That makes dire reading. I didnβt realise it was that bad.
Totally agree with Sympathy itβs all about their mental attitude!
I think the game on Saturday will be crucial to where we finish in the league. If we win it could get rid of some of the doubts etc in the squad and give the players confidence. Lose and ah bollocks weβre fucked.

24th October 2025 at 12:35 am #228842Even @Happy can be realistic sometimes.. we do well against teams who play fast pace and we are allowed to play a low block and defend against crosses β¦ Brighton are just opposite of that; the fuckers play an intricate game with short passes and are technically good on d ball plus they love to score against us..
As long as that shitebag Dalot doesnβt start because he ball watches and leaves spaces

24th October 2025 at 7:07 am #228844@Dee – Unfortunately he most probably will start, and if he does he will no doubt perform in the same absolutely clueless, haphazard manner that typifies his entire OT career. It’s fucking unbelievable that yet another piss poor player like this has been given 200 games and 8 seasons at the club during which he has never performed consistently higher than 5/10, and to rub further salt into an already gaping wound the unbelievable fact is that the hopeless fucker has still got at least another two seasons on his contract after this one!, deary, deary me.

24th October 2025 at 8:55 am #228847Problem is in the wing back positions, we have Dalot and Dorgu who are both shite.

24th October 2025 at 8:57 am #228848Dalot seems to be reliable in terms of carrying out managers plans somehow. Obviously preferred on the left at the moment instead of Dorgu which seems a bit silly. The rest of the team picks itself with the only question being whether Sesko or Mount start the game depending on how he wants to set up. Oh and maybe Yoro pushes for a place in defence because Brighton have some fast players on the break.
Obviously getting a settled team isn’t something Amorim has really done yet but if he picks the same team again, and they win, then its something to build around.
Actually feel more stressed about this game than the Liverpool game.
Must win!_____________________________

24th October 2025 at 9:06 am #228851@Happy is it the managerβs instructions for Dalot to always be caught out every time the opposition switches the ball to his flank or to be in no manβs land each time we get attacked down his flankβ¦ Amad isnβt a natural wingback or even a defender but he contributes more defensively than Dalot. As for Dorgu i keep asking what was the reason for him being Scouted in the first place let alone signed for over 40m when we could have just brought back Alvaro..
Yoro definitely has to start because we do need his pace at the back for this game..

24th October 2025 at 9:10 am #228853Stop talking shite, Dorgu was signed for Β£25m you bell! He’s 20 years old ffs! He’s played well in some games and not so well in others, exactly what you’d expect from a 20 year old.

24th October 2025 at 9:13 am #228854@happy – If the “managers plan” is to always perform like a gormless fucking clown then I completely agree, Dalot carries that out to the letter every fucking week!ππ

24th October 2025 at 9:15 am #228855And from what I’ve heard Dorgu is an absolute dog who has maybe had one or two decent games with the rest being utter shite!!

24th October 2025 at 9:45 am #228856Brighton are a hard team to call, from one week to the next they drift from the sublime to the ridiculous. The problem for us is that they generally tend towards the sublime when they play us, and we tend towards the ridiculous when we play them. We need to get Sesko the service he needs, Mbuemo and Cunha and whoever the wingbacks are need to be encouraged to get to the byline and square it. Every single one of our players who gets into the final third needs to be taken out for crossing training…..

24th October 2025 at 10:15 am #228858Do you think he will flood the midfield again Nappy to cover for Case/Bruno? Just asking.

25th October 2025 at 11:08 am #228887Is it too much to ask to just have a straightforward, dominant 3-0 win today?

25th October 2025 at 12:45 pm #228888Iβd say an absolute dog whoβs had a couple of decent games is about right for Dorgu. How the fuck do our scouts manage to get it wrong so consistently? I just hope he starts with Sesko up front today. Heβll never bed in without game time and Iβm afraid Mount, as well as being pretty average, is usually fucked after 20 minutes.

25th October 2025 at 1:06 pm #228889Comparing our players to animals is insulting to animals! Dorgu and Zirkzee obviously have to go in January, alongside many more.Cant have Dalot, Ugarte doing a Shaw, Maguire and Case, and being kept for long time.
