One things for sure. The Arsenal team will be a lot fresher.
Here’s the team to play Red Star Belgrade tonight
Macey, Debuchy, Elneny, Holding, Nelson, Coquelin,
Willock, Maitland-Niles, Walcott, Wilshere, Giroud
Can’t see more than two maybe three starting against us
I still fancy us to beat them though.3rd November 2017 at 6:22 pm #7023
As long as Wenger doesn’t bring his Bus, does he even have one?? We should have more than enough to overpower them. 4-2 for me.4th November 2017 at 10:18 am #7069
AW said in his press conference yesterday.
“We will try to play our game. We will not hide.”
Should be a good contest.Arsenal have done okay.Afrer

We should have too much fire power for them,
Sanchez will be a handful.

I will go for 2-1 because they will park bus, Walcott will score, he always does against us. Get on top early and stay there5th November 2017 at 11:43 am #7141
It is so true about Walcott. He ALWAYS seems to score against us. Ideal results? Win for us Utd/Chelsea draw5th November 2017 at 12:01 pm #7145nine nine nineModerator940 pts
Adlab, really? I though you would prefer Chelsea beating United. Chelsea are far too far away to trouble City the season.5th November 2017 at 12:13 pm #7146
I still feel Chelsea can get their act together. A win v Utd might kickstart a good run. If win and they draw we would be 7 points clear with Chelsea looking to change their manager. That would gives us a cushion. 50:50 really. Above all we need a win but who knows in football. Sanchez scores the winner and signs for us in a few weeks!
Funny old game somebody once said!5th November 2017 at 1:21 pm #7154dr ianParticipant3 pts
Arsenal are a bit of a bogey team for us. In last season’s semi-final they clogged Silva out of the game. We must make sure that doesn’t happen again. Be good to beat the Whinger though. As for Chelsea v United I can see that being a draw or a United victory.5th November 2017 at 1:50 pm #7158

2-1 and under pressure.
We keep being exposed at left back. Its clear and we need to watch out there. Nearly great cave by Czec.
69 gone and getting nervous watching at home. Game is very open. Cant see it staying like this. Drat Otemendi out of next game,. 3-1…. lucky I think it was offside. 75 gone. I wonder who Sanchez wished he was playing for?
On comes Gundogan and Giroud and Wilshire. 81 gone. 85 gone Sane off Bernardo on. 89 Still cant relax. 4 mins extra.5th November 2017 at 6:34 pm #7216
Great win. Arsenal had us rattled at times and pressed well. Not sure why Giroud didn’t start?? But we should have been at least 2 up in the first half. Thought that Silva was offside for the third but that the foul on Sterling was a stonewall penalty. Sterling and Sane have played better this season. Didn’t quite click for City today bit still three goals and three points. Happy days.5th November 2017 at 7:23 pm #7223
And Chelsea 1-0.

Being at the game I only saw the sterling push in real time in the first half?? Was it a pen? It looked nailed on5th November 2017 at 8:26 pm #7241
Definitely nailed on pen Goat. Happened right in front of us. Couldn’t believe the rather pathetic protests from the Arsenal players to be honest. Looked at it again tonight and it was 100% the right decision.6th November 2017 at 8:30 am #7271
I know I am biased but it was a penalty and I accept sometimes they are not given. This time it was but it was NOT a mistake by the referee. The third goal was offside -just but it was.
Talk about divers Wenger? Ozil, touch him and he falls over. I hate losing too. I like Wenger and what he has done for football but this rant is out of order. Arsenal were second best yesterday.
