not a chance
Nah you’re right Stevo. As Sky are reporting Arsenal won’t make any panic appointments.
Rafa on a interim role???
Just how many times has now Emery got sacked? More than Maureen???
Allegri is allegedly interested in Arsenal job according to Sky sources.😊 But allegedly would prefer to wait until the Summer? Give him a chance to improve his English too.
27-I believe Conte spoke/speaks very little English,no??? Fulham had the same issue with Felix Magath if I remember rightly??
Mav,Nope completely incorrect.
Conte spoke almost perfect English when he arrived at Chelsea and he had no communication problems around the English language from the very beginning of his original Chelsea appointment.
Tbh Mav I don’t care who does and doesn’t speak English when managing in England that’s up to the Club’s who appoint their Managers to decide but seemingly that was one of the major criticisms of Emery in terms of his communication skills and I suspect Arsenal will look to avoid that mistake again.
9, language shouldn’t be a problem, Bobby Robson needed one in Spain and some interpreters go on to do other things….Pagan
I suspect there is already somebody waiting, just like Jose to Spurs.
Surely Emery would have had a command of basic English, like Ranieri,Ancelotti, etc???
if you heard his interview after last night you wouldnt say that, it was laughable, it was like a bad faulty impression but more uninteligable
Does he speak English worse than Rooney or Beckham?Lol
he actually does, it was hilarious for that anyway!
A Manager’s command of the English language or not is down to the Club to decide whether it’s a problem or not.
Seemingly as Stevo touched on it is something that was seemingly a problem at Arsenal. But it’s up to the Club’s to make those decisions in terms of what’s acceptable to them in this area.
9-You tell em mate, personally I think DT & Troopz should decide who the next manager should be,lol
And Claude!😊
“Patrick Vieira is the “right man” to become Arsenal boss, according to former Gunners goalkeeper David Seaman.” BBC Football.
“Leicester will demand Arsenal pay £14 million in compensation if they want to appoint Brendan Rodgers as manager, reports the Telegraph .”
Arsenal job more high profile that that at Leicester?!?!. If I was a Leicester supporter right now and considering the club were champions only 4 odd years back, I’d be pretty insulted. You’d think Rodgers would be happy with the club’s achievements at this point in time and would want to try and complete the project. Arsenal appears to be a poisoned chalice these days and the defence and mid field need plenty of tweaking to make things happen.
