442, to be fair everyone knows the rules and if they break them they have to accept the consequences of doing that.

UEFA employ Forensic Accountants who go through every Club’s books and if they find anything untoward they report that back to UEFA who then open up an investigation.

I’m not aware of any UEFA investigation into City be it ongoing or pending let alone sanctions.
