Yeah but he’s going into the last year of his contract, he can leave on a free next year if they don’t get promoted. If they do get promoted he’d probably stay anyway

3rd June 2026 at 9:27 am #247963Killy-why would United fans care about Boro players,if we are not trying to sign them?

3rd June 2026 at 11:10 am #247969Ederson done. Matheus Fernandes next. Then Lewis Hall apparently. That’s a pretty decent start to the transfer window!

3rd June 2026 at 11:29 am #247970@maverick, even though Everton are currently favourites to sign him, we’re allegedly interested, or at the very least, Carrick is interested

3rd June 2026 at 11:58 am #247973Big fan of Matheus Fernandes. Energetic and can look after ball. Not outstanding in any one thing yet but definitely a good player to have in the squad and only 21. Talk of Arsenal and Liverpool sniffing round. Good thing is we tend to only go for players now that want to sign so hopefully the deals already advanced if rumours are true.

3rd June 2026 at 12:15 pm #247976Not seen enough of Fernandes to form a solid opinion, but we shouldn’t be going anywhere near the reported 80 million fee, especially as he’s just been relegated two years on the trot. As for Lewis Hall that just ain’t going to happen as he’s a dyed in the wool Newcastle fan, and has got a long contract plus those jumped up bar code tossers somehow regard us as one of their biggest rivals so would demand an absolute fortune if they were to sell him to us.

3rd June 2026 at 12:20 pm #247978Need to convince the nursing home that is Italian league to take Shaw,Arry, and de Ligt off our hands.WTF you do with Mount, that’s the question.

3rd June 2026 at 12:32 pm #247979Blackly, if Fernandez makes it clear he wants to join us. I reckon we could get him for around 60 million. Which wouldnβt be the worst deal in the world.

3rd June 2026 at 12:36 pm #247982Maverick, thereβs talk of him going on loan but needs to stay fit! Actually scrap that comment. He needs to get fit!
Heβs going to be another Calvert Lewis (always injured at Everton, joins Leeds and hardly missed a game last season. When Mount goes to his next club, heβll hardly miss a game. You watch_____________________________

3rd June 2026 at 12:50 pm #247985@Diggy – 60 million is still a very extravagant fee for a twice relegated and now Championship player mate. I suppose it will all boil down to who else comess in for him to potentially drive up the price.

3rd June 2026 at 1:23 pm #248003There is other clubs in for Fernades apparently which means the fee won’t be straightforward. WHU will try and milk us for every penny they can get. They paid 40M plus for him so i’d say he could be got for 50M plus add ons. If it’s like Cunha and Mbuemo and the player says he only wants to join us, then WHU will drag it out all summer like proper twats. Agree on Hall. That just seems a deal that would be impossible to get done. Those cunts have never got over the ‘i will love it’ collapse under Keegan. Rent free in their fucking heads the sad pricks.

3rd June 2026 at 1:26 pm #248004On another note, we did well to get Β£44M back for Hojlund. At one point it didn’t look like we’d get the price of a fish super for him. Conte did us a big favour there

3rd June 2026 at 2:08 pm #248008I canβt argue with all what has been said on here and If only Barca arenβt such thieving cunts then Rashford would have been gone too.

3rd June 2026 at 2:33 pm #248013It’s patently obvious that Barcelona and Rashfraud’s agent have got some sort of a stitch up plan going on, which will more than likely involve him flatly refusing to go anywhere else unless we accept those cunts shitty terms for the deal to go through. That will no doubt involve a threat to just sit out his 325k per week contract for the next two years costing the club over 30 million in wages, which would be a total disaster.
The only caveat to that is if he has a good World Cup to attract a heavyweight club like Bayern into the equation, but that’s a long shot._____________________________

3rd June 2026 at 3:35 pm #248014Ederson, Fernandes and Hall would be a brilliant start to the window. Throw in Vlahovic on a free to compete with Sesko up front, Goretzska for free for his expereince and Nusa on the left wing and it’s a great start without breaking the bank; would allow us to spend big on a CB and RB too.
GK: Lammens / Bayindir
RB: NEW PLAYER / Mazraoui
CB: NEW PLAYER / Maguire / Martinez / Yoro / Heaven / De Ligt
LB: Hall / Shaw / Dorgu
CM: Ederson / Fernandes / Mainoo / Bruno / Goretzska
RW: Mbuemo / Amad
LW: Cunha / Nusa
ST: Sesko / Vlahovic_____________________________

3rd June 2026 at 5:26 pm #248017No chance, but they wanted Anthony Gordon to add to their squad depth and were ready to pay good money to get him so signing Gashy for 30 mill might just suit them. Admittedly it’s still a long shot.

3rd June 2026 at 6:05 pm #248018Kompany seems to have a love for Players from the EPL especially attacking players so itβs a possibility but his wages will be significantly reduced as Bayern are currently reducing the wages of players on their roster.
