Was reading a great article the other day, made a lot of sense, but it tossed up the theory that if you take your teams current typical starting 11, how many of them would make it into the clubs all time Premiership 11… and it reckon Pool (having 3 no-brainers in Alison, DVD & Salah, with a good shout for Robertson and TAA) having up to 5 “All-Stars” in their current line-up is the reason why they’re waltzing away with it…
Seems like a fair point to me… Goonies have ????, can’t think of a single current 1st 11 who would make their “All-Stars”… Forest… has to be a shout for a few of the current crop… Chelsea? Maybe Palmer but who else?
Bone Saw Boyz was in interesting one… they put Isak and Bruno in there, good shouts… none from YooUtd, and Spudz only had Sonny (but we all know he’s on that “seen better days” list, like KDB)…
