If City have done wrong it will be shown whether it is true or not. If true then we will see what the consequences are.
As for the number of lawyers. When I was working we had to deal with a case of a company migrating to Ireland. It was quite complex and had to go to the House of Lords .now the Supreme Court From beginning to end there were over 20 lawers involved. So if Ciry are using 30 I don’t see that as any indication of anything other than lots of drudgery.
When I was training and newly qualified the audit etc of one of the major banks needed 70 or 89 staff, maybe more if you count juniors
