Yup. But he also has inherited a lot of tripe which clearly are not good enough and should have been sold years ago. Especially in defence.
You can sort of see what he wants to do, but lacks the squad depth to do it.
If United get rid of him. From all errors they have made over the years, this would be biggest mistake of them all in my opinion. He is someone who has modern day footballing psychology, stuck in a disjointed and unorganised structure.
