Ed you are completely wrong about Kompany and Terry. Mark Hughes bought Kompany in 2008 so City were not a top side then. Also, Terry made his debut in 1998, so long before they were a top side.

Adlab, what are you talking about regarding Son? The keeper brought him down and was a stone wall pen! If that was against City, you would have been saying 100% a pen.

Also, how can any of you say that it was a 2nd yellow on Ayew! Every foul isn’t a yellow. Not 1 person appealed for it and everyone was shocked when he brought the 2nd yellow out. You can’t compare Giggs and Beckham’s stats to Rashford, completely different positions and different systems. Giggs and Beckham were wingers whos job was mainly to provide for the 2 centre forwards. This is not how football is played any more and Rashford is a “forward” whos job is mainly to score goals AND provide for the 1 striker. Football has changed and anyone who plays in the front 3 is expected to get goals. Just look at the liverpool lads. Salah and Mane got more goals than Firmino or whoever was playing up top.
