Ok assuming that Ozil and Sanchez decide not renew their contracts for reasons only known to them. Plus Wilshere joins them. Ramsey stalling contract offers. Then Arsenal(whoever will manage then) will have to splash £200m to replace the quality they let slip from thier gasp. And even if they manage to do that, they will still be where they are now. Which means whoever replaces Wenger will not have it easy.

Deeney was sent off today from a foul that was less harmful than that of Kane and Alli. Incredible and some Spurs fans will always claim to be victims.?

My hope is that Afc Bournemouth will raise their game and claim something from that game. If they can keep Liverpool 0-0 at half time. Then they have a chance as Liverpool will throw bodies forward. And then they can hit them on the break. But if Liverpool scores the first half. Then i can’t see Bounemouth getting something from that game. Fingers corssed if Bournemouth can step up their game.?

I would be lying if i said i was sitting comfortably this afternoon. that was the most intense game that i had seen this season. but anyway a win is a win and i can’t complain. its incredible despite our problems this season, we are level on points with United and 7 clear of Liverpool and Spurs, 5 clear of Arsenal.

I’m not aware Baba going out on loan this season. the last i head from him was that he was injured and is receiving treatment at Cobham. but Jaunary is the exact time to offload him once and for all if Conte doesn’t trust him. and he could our hidden card to beat United in the Philipp Max pursuit. Ausburg will have a replacement for Max by taking Baba.

I don’t think if we can regrette appointing Conte. And given what he has given us in his first season and where we were at the time. Its incredible how quickly he has restored our status within the elite teams. Idon’t think if Pep as good as he is would have fancied that kind of challenge. Which makes Conte mr special in my books. Whatever he has given me and my fellow blue fans is enough for reflection. And mind you the last time we won we have missed our place in the top four. This season we are very much sitting third. And can go level on points with United should we win. And its amazing that he didn’t get all the palyers he wanted.?

According to the papers today Chelsea is tracking Ausburg defender Philipp Max who happens to be a leftback by trade. And i’m not surprised that Mourinho also wants him. What does that say about his status? I guess he is pulling up trees in Germany although i don’t watch Bundesliga. May be we can use Baba Rahman who was their former player to tempt them.?

Yes i contacted with him. He told me that account had been blocked for life. And he doesn’t want to reactivate. But he said i should get another email and register back. I think there is these believe that Cesc can’t play in a two midfield. but i challenge that. last season Cesc has played a lot of games with Kante. i don’t think if Cesc Bakayoko is good partnership. but Cesc plus Kante is as good as it goes. especially we are at home and Southampton may likely sit back and soak up pressure. in that regard you want Cesc supplying passes from deep. and Hazard ,Willian keeping their defence and midfield busy. plus Morata attacking. i don’t think Cesc will be exposed here. While Bakayoko was good, i think this game needs Cesc and Kante.

Regarding our game with Southampton. I will go for a front 3 once again. That is i think the formation that our team is comfortable. 3-4-3, Courtois, Azpi-Chtistensen-Rudiger, Moses-Fabregas-Kante- Alonso, Willian- Morata- Hazard. That is my prefered line up.

The way you guys are playing at the minute. Even 4-0 won’t flatter you Imo. You are on another level to the rest of the league. Spurs next although i would back City that game just for my selfish perspective in order to put a daylight between us and Spurs in the race for 3rd spot. I can’t see anyone catching City at the minute. So consolidating our current position is the best thing Imo.?

To be honest i think Liverpool have themselves to blame. They had been solid defensively, but that could well have been the fact that Westbrom didn’t have a go at them. But i was surprised by this draw. And the way Liverpool have been slaughtering teams at Anfield. But anyway, all is not lost. Spurs will travel to Etihad. And you may well move back to the top 4.

May be this game came at the right time for both teams. Spurs are hitting some form. And City doesn’t need any mentioning these days. It will be an interesting game. Remember Spurs were the first team to beat them last season. Could history repeat itself? I can’t see that happening right now. But you never say never. They have nothing to lose and everything to gain. The pressure will be on City. But just sitback and watch. First we have a small matter of Southampton to negotiate on Saturday.? Liverpool draw has given us a good breathing space. But its only 4 points. We lost one and won one. Liverpool drawn two. Meaning despite our loss we collected one point more than. That is not bad. The same can be said against Arsenal.
