I watched the first half of Mexico v South Africa. All I can say is judging by the quality of the South African team, the South Africa league is division 1 standard at best.
Heard that they’re having ‘water breaks’ in every game regardless of it being in a closed or open stadium, and the weather conditions.
Soon as Infantino realises that FIFA can get sponsorship and advertising deals in theses ‘water breaks’ or coaching breaks as they should be known. They will do everything to alter the game into four quarters with a longer half time break.
Personally I hope this World Cup is a disaster from a spectacle point of view. As if it’s a success I unfortunately see FIFA altering it to make more money and the game being like American Football. It’ll end up with a 90 mins of football taking about 3 hours_____________________________
